The secret is to stay present. Then it is easier to receive data from our souls and follow the guidance. So often we might listen to ego voices and spiral into critical self obsession. This focus on ourselves can keep us stuck in ego games, taking us further from our truth.

Premasudha encourages us to think about the Creator and to learn to laugh at ourselves and our mistakes. We are human after all!
