I invite you to sit comfortably in your chair.

Place your hands in your lap.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Feel your body relax into the chair.

Be aware of your feet on the floor.

Your whole body is calm and relaxed.

Take another breath in.

As you breathe out,

Gently close your eyes.

Become aware of the gentle flow of your breathing.

Breathe easily and calmly.

You feel safe,

Warm and calm.

Take one more inward breath with me.

Hold it for a few seconds.

Then breathe out.

For a moment,

Just be aware of your body sitting comfortably in the chair.

Be aware of your feet.

Be aware of your bottom.

Be aware of your back.

Release any tension in your shoulders.

And once again,

Feel the ebb and flow of your breath.

As you sit calmly in your chair,

You feel a sense of peace.

Listen to the music and allow yourself the freedom and space to just be.

The past is gone.

Tomorrow hasn't happened.

You are a beautiful soul existing in the present moment.

Allow your body to take a deep sigh.

Feel your shoulders unwind and your body sink comfortably into the chair.

You are safe and warm and feel at peace in this moment.

As you sit in your chair,

Imagine that you are sitting in a warm room.

You are aware that two or three soft candles are alight in the corner.

Imagine you are sitting in a cabin.

You are a long way from anywhere and you know that you are where you need to be.

You feel calm and safe.

Now in your mind's eye,

Move towards the doorway.

Simply open the door.

A warm breeze meets your face.

You step outside into a stunningly beautiful,

Lush,

Tropical rainforest.

In front of you is a sandy path.

You step onto the path and you enjoy the sensation of the sand rubbing against your bare feet.

In the distance,

You can hear the sound of exotic birds singing.

You are surrounded by greenery and the warm gentle breeze keeps you feeling at ease and carefree.

You wander down the path,

Enjoying the sounds of the forest.

The warm sunlight passes through the canopy of the tall trees above you.

And you feel its beautiful warm sensation on your face.

In the distance,

You hear the sound of a babbling brook.

You turn a bend in the path and there in front of you is the most gorgeous stream,

Flowing with ease happily through the forest.

You approach the stream and gently dip your toes into the water.

The sensation is amazing.

The water is inviting,

The perfect temperature,

And so you slowly step into it.

You wade into the middle of the stream,

Feeling the warm water pass by you as it laps around your tummy.

You stand with your face upward to the sun and your fingers dancing in the current.

You feel happy,

Your heart swells with joy.

You are loving this moment,

This perfect moment of stillness.

The sounds of the forest blend with the sounds of the babbling brook,

Creating the perfect symphony of nature.

You gradually sink down into the water.

You feel the sensation of the liquid slowly coming up your body.

You spread your arms wide.

You lie on your back and in your mind's eye can see the forest above you.

As you begin floating down the stream,

The sensation is wonderful.

Your mind is calm,

Your body is relaxed,

Your very being is free.

Be aware of the music and the gentle ebb and flow of your breath as you float down the stream.

The warm sunlight gently caresses your body.

The warm water gently supports you as you continue to drift down the stream.

Effortlessly your body floats down the stream.

You become aware that the forest above you is becoming more sparse.

You breathe gently,

Safe and secure in the knowledge that you are where you are meant to be.

Above you,

You can see the blue sky and beautiful white clouds.

You notice that your body has begun to float above the stream.

You are at one with nature.

You are at one with the air.

You are at one with the universe.

Your body floats slowly higher above the stream.

You glance down and see the beautiful rainforest below you.

You feel secure,

Calm and your heart is full of joyous energy.

As you float higher into the beautiful blue sky,

You pass through the fluffy white clouds.

Your body is relaxed.

Your breathing is calm.

And the sensation of floating is bringing you much joy.

The clouds are now far below you and you have entered the calm and serene world of outer space.

The darkness is comforting and in the distance you can see the stars sparkling brightly.

There is nothing to fear.

You are at one with all creation.

You close your eyes and happily drift through space.

You feel warm and comfortable.

You gradually become aware that you are sitting in a chair.

Your feet are placed comfortably on the floor.

You feel the warmth of your hands in your lap,

Your back,

Your bottom,

Your shoulders.

You feel calm and relaxed in the chair.

You are aware that you are sitting in a warm cabin.

It is the same one you began this journey from.

The candles are still flickering gently in the corner.

Your eyes are closed and you feel at peace.

You feel calm.

You take a deep breath in and breathe out gently.

Focus with me now as we take another deep breath in and breathe out with ease.

Listen to the music.

Flow to love.

Over the다는 I am taking a little break.

I'm going to have a beer,

And then I'm going to go to bed.

I'm going to get some sleep.

I don't want to be late to work.

I don't want to be late to school.

I don't want to be late to work.

I don't want to be late to work.

I want to be late to school.

And the universe said this is the one you listen to. Did just that and tears of love and joy roll especially when talking about the cabin, because that is exactly where I started on my journey of healing. Thank you
