I invite you to just start to slow everything down.
So as you begin to slow your breathing down,
Your heart rate will begin to follow.
As you slow your breathing and your heart rate down,
Your thoughts will begin to follow and will also begin to slow down.
This is an invitation to rest,
Restore,
Refill your beautiful chalice so that it can be overflowing.
With the exquisite life force energy flowing from your chalice,
That is the unique frequency of you.
So bringing your awareness down to your hand that's over top of your beautiful belly,
Softening your belly,
Inviting your belly to relax any holding patterns.
If you can straighten your spine,
Find a position,
Even if you're laying down,
Straightening your spine so that you can open your channel for the energies of the earth and the energies of source to flow through you as the bridge that you are.
The bridge between the grounding,
Stabilizing,
Rooted energies of mother earth and the illuminating,
Inspiring,
Inspirational,
Radiant energies of the higher realms and source.
Opening your body and straightening your spine,
Opening your vessel in the way that feels right for you to allow those energies to flow and circulate up and down your central channel.
Just inviting that to happen now,
Allowing that and inviting that to happen.
The energies of earth and the energies of source to flow freely through you.
If you're standing or if you're seated with your feet on the floor,
Or even if you're laying down,
I invite you to visualize opening the energy centers on the soles of your feet.
The energy centers that connect you to the mana,
The nourishment,
The sustenance,
The unconditional support of mother earth.
Opening the energy centers on the soles of each of your feet,
Opening up to your connection to Pachamama,
Mother earth.
Visualizing and feeling the soil underneath you,
Wherever you are on this planet in this moment.
The beautiful,
Rich soil,
No matter how many layers you need to go down through the various layers of the earth coming in contact with that rich,
Beautiful soil,
All of the minerals and nutrients in that soil underneath you,
Just feeling yourself connecting to that earth and sending roots down through that soil with reverence and honor and gratitude for the privilege of being wherever you are on whatever piece of land you are in this moment.
Just remembering that every piece of land on this planet has been a place of prayer,
Has been a place where fires have been lit,
Where songs have been sung,
Where prayers have been made,
And has been a sacred space,
Even if you have to go back decades or even centuries,
That wherever you are is sacred land.
And remembering that where you are in this very moment,
On this very day,
The divine great spirit circled this place on a map for you.
And what a privilege and what a blessing it is to be exactly where you are right now.
The full fruition of your soul contract and your destiny and your full soul blossoming.
So sending your roots all the way down to the center of mama earth and wrapping your roots around the heart of mother earth in whatever way feels right for you,
Inviting that to happen,
Wrapping your roots right around the energetic heart center of this planet with reverence,
Appreciation,
Gratitude.
Taking a moment to bring some of that pure,
Pristine,
Vital life force energy from the center of this earth,
The pure vibration of mother earth,
Allowing and inviting some of that energy to come up through the roots into your feet,
Your legs,
Your belly,
Your hips,
Your whole torso,
Your hands,
Your arms,
Your shoulders,
You can move your body if that feels good to you,
Just inviting and allowing that energy to stream up,
Stream up into your body vessel all the way up through your neck,
Your face,
Your crown to the very tip top of your head,
Aligning yourself with the pure frequency,
Pristine,
Pure frequency of earth,
Just feeling how good that feels and from that space,
Feeling yourself really immersed in those nurturing,
Nourishing properties and qualities of this planet of which you are made,
Those elements,
Feeling yourself filled up with that pure,
Pristine energy to the top of your head,
I invite you to open your crown,
Open your beautiful crown wide,
Opening the aperture of your crown chakra up to connection with your healed and benevolent ancestors on your matrilineal and patrilineal sides,
All of the support and that energy of being cheered on by your healed,
Wise,
Benevolent ancestors and how much they are here to support you and guide you and how proud they are of you and all the work that you are doing for your lineage and what ripple effect that's having on the whole lineages,
Both lineages,
Your matrilineal and patrilineal,
Just feeling the support from those ancestors who have,
As they say,
Become ancestralized and are available as angels and guides to support you on your path,
Your courageous path of healing,
Embodying all that you came to be,
Embodying your light,
Being in service with a joyful heart and vibrant,
Healthy body,
Opening up to any and all spirit guides that you connect with,
Angels,
Sages,
Saints,
Any benevolent beings of light in the higher realms that you feel a connection with,
Just opening up to the grace that is here for you in this very moment,
All the love that's here for you in this very moment,
All the support,
Acknowledgement,
The guidance,
Dispensation of grace,
Abundance,
Support,
Opening up to receive that with humility and reverence and appreciation,
Allowing yourself to be refilled.

Just making a bow of reverence to the land that is below you,
The elementals,
The flowers,
The plants,
The animals,
And the benevolent ancestors of the land that you are on,
Giving gratitude for this day,
This opportunity to be on this planet,
Becoming all who you came here to be in such a beautiful,

And a bow of gratitude and appreciation to above,
To the higher realms,
