In this video,
We're talking about shadow work.
And how it can actually bring more power to you when you look into your shadows.
Now shadow work was coined by Carl Jung.
When he talked about that there are some unconscious parts of ourselves that we deny,
Suppress,
Or hide.
Which then if they are seen or triggered,
Then they create some kind of conflict within us.
And we can always observe them whenever we have a trigger.
About someone or about ourselves.
Each time we have a trigger There's some shadow lurking in which we haven't fully integrated yet.
And this,
When we do this work,
As I said before,
This gives you so much power,
Your true power,
And it unlocks so much of your potential.
Which is why it's so important to do this work so that you heal and become this version of you which is whole and complete.
And from there,
You can actually be the best version of yourself.
To put shadow work in very simple terms,
It is actually light work.
I love to call it light work.
Because what we're doing is we are bringing into light,
Into awareness,
The things that are not.
So then every time you bring these things into the light,
You see them in front of you,
Whether it comes from someone else or from you,
It doesn't really matter because each time you get triggered,
It's actually in you.
There's something in you,
Which is,
As I said,
It's a shadow work,
Which you then see,
Oh,
Wow,
This person just showed me what I have not completely,
Fully brought into light yet.
And the same goes for you when you get triggered about yourself.
Maybe you did something,
Maybe you thought of something and then you get triggered by yourself.
Then also it's the same thing.
You haven't really fully brought something into the light.
Because after you bring something into awareness,
Your job is to truly accept something.
Whatever you have not accepted.
And the mind will tell you so many reasons that no,
This is not acceptable.
This is not good.
And from the mind's perspective,
It is true that there are evil things.
There are,
Quote unquote,
Relatively bad things or negative things.
The thing is if we don't tune in to the acceptance of all awareness and then acceptance of all then we're going to continue to get dragged by these shadows and it will continue to haunt us and it will not bring us the true power that we are so which is why we actually want to accept unconditionally this is what unconditional love is you accept something so unconditionally that No matter what,
Even if it's the worst,
Ugliest part of you or someone else,
If you have this acceptance of that,
Okay,
I also accept this,
Even if I'm traumatized,
Even if I'm triggered by that,
Even if I really from the mind don't.
Fully agree with it.
If you accept it as it is.
And if it helps,
You can also understand it.
Like,
Okay,
I understand this perspective.
I understand this person is doing this.
I understand myself when I do these quote unquote mistakes.
So whenever we completely accept and understand something,
Then we move on to integration.
We can then integrate that shadow in a very healthy way so that we don't become this destructive person,
But we use that shadow to actually bring our gifts to people.
That's what we do with the shadows.
So how then do you do that?
There are two main ways to do shadow work.
One is to see the upside of something.
And also see the downside of everything.
So if you want to be holistic,
If you want to bring everything into awareness,
Into the conscious mind,
You've got to see the upside of the positive things and the negative things.
And also then you've got to see the downside of the positive side and the negative side.
If you can do all of this,
Then you have a holistic acceptance and picture of everything.
And then from there,
Of course,
You pick up what you truly want to express as.
Now,
The second way to then do the shadow work is to be grateful for the negativity when you can't find a way to see what's the positive of that.
Let's take an example of violence.
Let's say you can't find anything positive in it,
Although maybe we can if you look.
But let's say you cannot find anything positive in violence.
Now,
Another way to do it then is to just be grateful for violence so that the positive non-violence can exist,
So that kindness and compassion can exist or can be realized or expressed.
If we didn't have this,
We also wouldn't have this because the world works on polarity.
This world here that we're living in,
It has to have the villain and the hero,
The negative and the positive.
So this is how this works.
That's why these movies are like that.
This is why your life is like that.
If you see that there is some deep negative things in the world,
Then you know that actually it allows the positive to exist,
Which is why we become grateful for that negativity,
For that shadow.
And we can do that every time we can't find anything.
Positive that we can actually extract from that now.
Let's get back into the shadow work we do when we can actually extract something from the negative.
From the shadow.
The first example is judgment.
Now sometimes you judge people or yourself.
Now the upside of that is discernment.
That you're discerning the truth.
Or for justice or whatever it is,
You're discerning what is better.
So the upside of judgment is that it allows you to discern.
But of course,
If it comes with this negative vibration of hate,
Then it's not expressed in the best way possible.
But nevertheless,
If you don't look into that shadow fully,
Like,
Whoa,
This is judgment.
Then we can't extract the positive from that also.
Another example is lust.
Now lust in society can be seen in so many different ways And if you want to extract a plus from that,
It's actually love.
It's actually love making and pleasure and giving and receiving.
It's so beautiful,
This energy exchange that can be used if we learn to see the upside.
But of course,
People then distort it,
And that's why it becomes a shadow,
Because we see,
Oh,
People are using this power,
This thing,
As a negative,
And that's why we then resist from that.
We repel from that.
If we don't actually throw the whole thing all together and keep the positive from that,
Then we are using those quote unquote shadows as light.
Then we have greed and envy.
Envy is when we look at some person who has something and then we say that,
Wow,
I also want that.
And then I feel bad about it because I don't have that.
Now,
If you extract the positive of that,
It's your dreams and desires of your soul's true desires,
Which I made a video on and you can take a look later.
You are here to express your soul in a very beautiful infinite ways.
So then you can extract the positive from that that wow this person is expressing themselves and has so much abundance for example then i can actually take inspiration from that another one is laziness and that's A great way to actually recharge,
To replenish and rest so that you can come out stronger.
But if you don't see that positive aspect,
You're going to continue to resent laziness and you're going to continue to feel bad about yourself,
Which will then continue this negative loop and you're going to feel more and more down by your shadows.
Another one is anger.
Now,
Anger is such a beautiful energy if it can be channeled well,
If it can be used as passion,
As an energy to destroy old patterns and bring new things,
Bring new creations into the world.
It can be great energy.
But if we suppress anger,
Then we also then use that anger in random ways,
Which could be destructive to you or others.
Another one is pride.
Pride comes from ego.
But if we take that pride and extract that there is some positive aspect of it,
Which is that we then can use this as a motivation for service and being honorable,
Then we are not making it about ourselves,
But just doing good things so that we can feel good,
But not because of the pride,
But it's just the positive aspect of pride,
Which is of service,
Of being honorable.
So these are some examples.
And then,
Of course,
You can dive more into it if you have any question about certain trait.
But you see this journey goes like this.
Step one,
Which is to see those hidden,
Unconscious,
Suppressed,
Rejected parts of you.
By noticing your triggers.
Every time you become triggered,
There's an opportunity for you to bring something into life.
What are you triggered about?
What part of you is making you triggered?
In others or in yourself.
And then step two is to actually step back.
And understand,
Accept,
And integrate that shadow like we talked about.
But this step too,
Sometimes require a little bit of time,
A little bit of stepping away from your trigger,
Maybe giving yourself more time so that you can come back to a natural,
More elevated state,
A higher perspective so that you can actually see all of these things.
Because when you're down in a lower vibration and seeing your triggers,
You can't really grasp everything because you're actually seeing from below,
Trying to grasp something.
But if you give yourself the time Calm down.
Come back to a very beautiful space.
I mean you can even do meditations for that.
But no matter what you do,
Once you come back to a more joyful,
Elevated state,
A more loving state.
Then you can see,
Wow,
Okay,
This was my trigger and these are my shadows.
And then you can accept them,
You can understand them,
You can integrate them by seeing the upsides of something and using it as your power.
And this I'm going to talk more about when I will make videos on masculine and feminine.
Archetypes then also i'm going to talk about these shadows there because there's so many masculine shadows and the feminine shadows that we can understand and integrate so that we can use these dark aspects of us into the light now the step three is the choice that you make in your day-to-day living not in just in your mind but when you're living your life you're choosing love you're choosing positive expression,
The highest expression that you can.
But from a very accepting space.
Where you're not triggered,
Where you're not choosing something out of a trigger,
Out of non-acceptance,
But out of unconditional love.
And then you just choose the highest,
The best for you.
And for others.
But you can only make this free choice when you are free.
From the triggers otherwise it's not a free choice just a rebellious choice or you're trying to force yourself into something But if you don't try to control and force,
But see that you can accept all of this.
And then.
You can actually choose out of love.
Out of freedom and then see you will want to choose the best for you and for others because you have integrated those shadows and now all that's left for you is to be of service in the highest and the best way possible so you see the hero which is you needs to be holistic it can't just be this innocent little person who is only seeing the positive It has to see everything.
Has to see all the darkness the shadows and then He chooses to transmute all of that into the light,
Into the love.
And that's when you know you're doing the job.
This shadow work,
This light work.
And with that,
You're going to bring so much power and so much gifts to the world.
And people may still be and people may still get triggered by you because you are going to trigger their shadows.
But you see,
You just do your work.
And you don't get triggered by people getting triggered by you because then it's also another shadow world.
So it all comes back to you.
You do this shadow work.
And then you notice the benefits of that.
You notice the purification,
The integration,
The embodiment of your higher self.
And with that,

You're going to have to make this choice continuously many,
Many,
Many times before it's actually healed.
