We chase love,

Long for it,

Dream for it.

We try to find the one,

Hold on to them,

Make it last.

But what if love isn't something you find?

What if love is something you become?

Love evolves with us,

And every relationship we experience,

Even the painful ones,

Reflects a stage of our consciousness.

This is the journey of love through seven levels,

A map not of romance,

But of awakening.

So take a deep breath and walk with me.

Level 1.

Attraction.

The first level is physical.

The connection is primal,

Driven by chemistry,

Desire,

And instinct.

This kind of love is often fast,

Fiery,

And fleeting.

You're drawn to someone like a flame.

It's not about knowing them,

It's about needing something.

This is the spark,

Important but unstable.

You want their body,

Their attention,

Their energy,

But not their soul.

And while this level is often dismissed,

Every fire needs a first spark,

And every soul needs to learn what it isn't before remembering what it is.

Level 2.

Emotion.

Then emotion awakens.

Now love feels more personal.

It's no longer just about chemistry.

It's about validation,

Feeling desired,

Feeling seen.

But even here,

The focus is still on how the other makes you feel.

There's intensity,

And often insecurity.

There may be deep connection,

But also jealousy,

Drama,

Control.

The ego is still steering the ship.

You may say I love you,

But what you really mean is I love how you make me feel.

And that's okay,

Because this level teaches you what conditional love feels like,

And what it eventually demands you to transcend.

Level 3.

Identity.

At the third level,

Love becomes defined by roles.

You're partners now,

Maybe married,

Maybe living together,

Maybe raising children.

You've built something,

A structure,

A container.

You have routines,

Shared plans,

Responsibilities.

And this level is powerful.

It offers stability,

Maturity,

And shared identity.

But often,

This is where the soul begins to feel unseen again.

Trapped in roles,

Smiling for photos,

Fulfilling a checklist,

But forgetting the essence.

At this level,

The relationship may look perfect from the outside,

But quietly long for something more.

Level 4.

Openness.

Then something softens,

Or maybe it breaks,

Just enough for light to get in.

You see each other again,

Not through filters,

Expectations,

Or roles,

But soul to soul.

This is where real love begins.

The kind that doesn't need to perform.

The kind that's not afraid to sit in silence.

The kind that asks,

How can I love you better?

Not just when you're shining,

But when you're falling apart.

It's not about possession.

It's about presence.

You no longer try to change each other.

You simply allow each other to unfold.

This is where love begins to heal.

Level 5.

Truth.

The fifth level is honest,

Sometimes uncomfortably so.

Here,

Love asks for your voice,

Not the version that pleases or protects,

But the version that speaks the unspoken.

This is the level of sovereignty,

Of boundaries,

Of radical authenticity.

You say what you mean,

And you create space for your partner to do the same.

There's no pretending here,

No power games,

Just truth.

And in that truth,

Love deepens,

Because it's no longer afraid to be real.

This level clears karma.

It elevates the relationship from something that's nice to something that's transformative.

Level 6.

Union.

Now love becomes sacred,

A spiritual path,

Not just a shared life.

You grow together,

You practice together,

You face your shadows together.

The relationship becomes a temple,

A place where truth,

Vulnerability,

Devotion,

And light converge.

You're not here to fix each other.

You're here to initiate each other.

Your partner becomes a transmission,

A lighthouse for others,

Not through perfection,

But through integrity.

You're not just in love,

You are in evolution.

Level 7.

Divine Mirror.

At the highest level,

Love dissolves the illusion of separation.

You no longer see your partner as separate from you.

You see your reflection.

You see God.

You realize loving them is loving yourself.

Loving yourself is loving the divine.

This is not about completion.

This is about communion.

There's no more need to define,

Label,

Prove,

Or possess.

The love simply is.

Radiant,

Silent,

Whole.

This is the love that needs nothing,

But gives everything.

And it can only arise when you become it first.

Wherever you are in your journey,

You're not behind.

You're not broken.

You're learning what love really is.

The deeper you know yourself,

The deeper you will love.

Let love evolve you.

Let it cleanse you.

Let it call you higher.

Because the relationship you're truly looking for begins inside.
