The way it moves,
Without your effort.

Even when it feels heavy,
You've been holding it all together.
Now bring your awareness to your headspace.
Notice the activity there,
Thoughts,
Planning,
Analyzing.
This is your strength.
This is what helps you solve,
Lead,
Manage.
But right now,
You don't need to solve anything.
Imagine gently placing all your thoughts into a container beside you.
Nothing is lost,
Nothing is ignored,
We've just paused it for a bit.
Just paused.
Now take a slow breath in and imagine a soft warm light entering your body.
Nothing dramatic,
Nothing overwhelming,
Just steady energy.
Now as you breathe out,
Let this energy move through your areas of tension,
Your forehead,
Your jaw,
Your shoulders.
This energy is going to help release all the tension from these areas without any force.
Do you feel that release?
If you are comfortable with it,
Silently repeat,
I don't have to carry everything at once.
I am allowed to pause without falling behind.
Now just sit with that,
No effort,
No performance,
Just being instead of constantly doing.
And when you are ready,
Gently bring back your awareness to your surroundings,
Your body,
The space you are in.
Slowly open your eyes.
Before you move on,
Just notice this,

You simply returned to a more balanced version of yourself.
