This meditation is to help you get centered when you are feeling overwhelmed by the chaos and all the things that are going around you.
You may be someone who is struggling at work.
Hassled by the multitude of things that you are supposed to take care of.
You could be a mother.
Handling endless list of high priority tasks related to your children,
Your house.
And you are now feeling that things are slipping away from your hands and also you are missing out on a lot of things in life.
Or you may be a student.
Bothered by the load of assignments and endless classes.
This meditation.
Will give you.
A breathing space.
A break.
A moment.
To disconnect from the outer world.
And to get in touch.
With who you really are.
For this meditation to be most effective.
You may sit down.
Or lie down in a comfortable position.
Ensure there is no noise around.
Now,
Slowly close your eyes.
We'll do a short breath work to get you centered.
Breathe in for 4 seconds.
Hold the breath for 4 seconds.
Breathe out for 4 seconds.
Again hold for 4 seconds Now imagine that you are on a beautiful beach that you've always loved.
You are mesmerized by the beauty of the sea,
The soft sound of waves coming towards you and these waves then slowly escaping back into the sea.
Now you slowly stretch your gaze little further and up.
And you see light clouds floating in the sky.
These clouds are your worries,
Your tension,
Your stress,
Things that are making you anxious,
Your workload.
For the moment.
Imagine that these clouds and worries are getting.
Blown away.
Far away from you.
You feel light.
And unburdened.
You feel like yourself again.
You feel like you.
Like the playful and cheerful person that you inherently are.
You are getting the faith and confidence back.
You feel capable of handling your duties.
You feel one with the universe and its infinite capabilities.
You feel joy,
Love and happiness in your heart.
You are smiling.
You feel the stress and the strain from your shoulders,
From your back.
Going away,
Far far away.
You can stay in this state.
For as long as you feel good.
When you are ready.
Lightly move your feet.
Your hands.
And now open your eyes gently.
