In this talk, I will guide you through the layers of energy within a business from the inside out to amplify the magnetism within. Business is entering a new dynamic and your business is here to change the rules. This talk will show you how to adapt your business to the changing consciousness within your communities and client base.

Today I am going to talk about the energetics of building a magnetic business from the inside out.

I've been doing this work for 10 years now.

When I started there were things that you could do that would be near guaranteed to get you results.

You could bank on blogging or Facebook groups,

Tripwires or webinars to build your audience and bring in the sales.

In that time consciousness has shifted dramatically.

Audiences have got more savvy,

More intuitive,

More discerning.

In the last few years the things that have always worked have got harder or even stopped working.

Yet the rules of business are slow to change.

Today I will share some ways you can make your business more magnetic by aligning it with the current consciousness and getting it energetically on point for your future audience and clients.

First though there are some important points to make about businesses that are leading this consciousness shift.

Metrics are not as important as quality and depth.

The ability to meet people where they are at and as an individual is eclipsing big numbers as a way of making sales.

Sales off big numbers is a percentages game.

Sales from a depth of connection is a qualitative experience and requires showing up with intention and openness to the process.

The old models of boxing people in so that the sale is a given is off the table in the future.

Choice is paramount.

Health,

Wealth and relationships are no longer the key markets in which to position your business.

Collective understanding of these areas has evolved and they are underpinned by two core areas that are where the growth will be.

Identity and purpose.

These two areas are better served by going deep rather than trying to dominate the market.

Helping people to find their individual Helping people to find their individual solution and path is central to transformative services and that's where the growth is.

Finally energy matters.

As consciousness shifts and intuitive awareness grows people are relearning their skill of reading energy.

Energy is not just public facing aspects of the business it is every part of the business and how the energy is held and expressed in integrity with its intention.

Everything I will share with you is focused on energetic integrity that will set your business apart and make it highly magnetic.

I will walk you through the process from the inside out.

Most business thinking is outside in which means retrofitting some of the most important pieces of magnetic business.

Bolting these pieces on does not work.

We want to start with them and build your business around them.

The core of every business and the thing that puts curiosity on the table is its essence.

Simon Sinek famously said people don't buy what you do they buy why you do it.

I don't think that goes far enough.

What people really buy is the energy at the core.

Energy can be expressed in many different ways but it speaks the same language however it is expressed and this is what begins the process of magnetism.

What do I mean by energy at the core?

I mean the energetic qualities of intention.

All energy has a reason for being and a reason for being expressed in a particular way and this is the breathing heart of your business.

It has a particular style to it a quality of movement,

Sound,

Emotion,

Color,

Shape that you can work with to understand how it sparks,

Activates and engages your future clients.

There is something that they are drawn to intuitively that is the beginning of the relationship.

Maintaining integrity with this in every part of your business is what builds those relationships consistently.

As we work from the inside out this has to be the focus.

To begin to connect with this simply close your eyes and set the intention to connect to the pure essence of your business.

Try to stay out of your head.

That's easier said than done but drop into your body to feel the energy.

This simple first step will be hugely impactful for a long time to come.

Get a feel for the energy,

How it speaks to you and how you feel you want to respond to it.

This is the first building block of a magnetic business.

As we move from the inside towards the outside different energies come into the mix.

To begin with these are internal energies.

As we move further out more of the energy is external.

It is vital to establish the core energetics before external energies come into play to maintain its integrity.

So once you have a feel for the essence it's time to move into the DNA of your business.

This builds out the internal foundation of your business and amplifies the energy you're sharing.

Business DNA is its reason for being and the reason for a particular form of expression.

The DNA of your business is anchored in its purpose,

Vision,

Transformation it brings to individuals and groups and the impact on the wider collective and consciousness.

Now these things are often well thought through in business but rarely felt at an energetic level.

To create your business with consistent energetics it is important to feel these energies rather than think them.

It's so so easy to get up in your head and be all logical about what the best approach might be but transformational businesses do not play by the usual rules they create their own and you're not going to be able to innovate beyond what you already know unless you feel what this energy wants to do.

I would invite you to consider the energetic purpose of your business not its goals or metrics of success but its purpose as an energy then do the same for your vision the transformation you offer to others and the impact you want to make in the world leaning into the energy not the logic.

This will help you work out how to direct the energy of your business to connect with your future clients with simplicity and magnetism.

Your business is a movement that people want to join.

These energies of purpose,

Vision,

Transformation and impact are the expression of the movement they are looking for.

The more explicit you can be about these and the more clearly you can express them the more you will position your message to attract perfect clients into your world.

A big plan and a lot of energy building within your business is exactly what you want however there are inevitable hiccups.

Mostly this comes down to the fact that working with energy engages very different muscles and skills to a normal business approach.

You will butt your head up against some issues especially in developing the necessary belief landscape to support your leadership role.

In becoming a leader of a movement you need to do two things.

Hold the energy of the space in every area of your business so your community and clients are activated by it.

You also need to model the way of being that that energy inspires for your community and clients so they have the confidence to move into your world with an active energy of engagement and transformation.

You will have done a lot of work on your mindset and your perceived weaknesses so let's layer that up with some energetic approaches.

Close your eyes and picture yourself as the leader of this movement,

One who has it all figured out.

What energy are you holding?

What energy is it that you are holding?

How are you moving,

Responding and feeling?

There is a gap between here and there which speaks to the belief landscape you need to cultivate to step into your leadership energy.

Where are you feeling it in your body?

Place a hand there and ask for clarity on the origin and meaning of the feeling you have.

This is your starting point for holding the magnetic energy that activates your movement and makes people feel both excited and safe to move into the sphere of energy you hold through your community spaces,

Services and experiences.

And this is the pivot point where we move into external expression of your vision and from this point on external energies need to move into your business to give its magnetism momentum.

You are holding the energy of possibility in your sphere.

What happens next puts it into motion.

One of the biggest obstacles that gets created in business is the design of systems that don't work with the energy you're holding.

There are a limited number of approaches that seem to be on the table and very few of them will work for your business because its energy needs to move in a unique and specific way.

Most tried and tested approaches actively block the energy you're working with from being felt as fully as is possible.

What works much better is to build the systems around the energy.

Everything from your business model to the way you structure your services benefits from being designed for the energy.

To get you on the road with this process let's look at life force energies.

Every business is nourished and invigorated by very specific energies that need to be incorporated into business design.

It might be opportunities for connection,

Avenues of sharing,

Chances to experiment.

There are so many possible life force energies.

So come back to yourself as the leader of your movement.

What energies are swirling around you?

What are the important facets of your business that keep you in this space and energy?

These energies ignite an experience of being in your business that creates transformation for your clients.

Your successful outcomes live and die by the life force energies you consciously integrate into your business design.

Trust and confidence in you and your work flow from this and make investing in being in your business a no-brainer for your future clients.

Feel into these life force energies and ask yourself,

How can I create experiences that are alive with these energies?

And give yourself permission to break some rules.

The unique energy of your business needs a unique solution and it came to you because you are the one person who knows how to create it.

Don't forget that.

We have moved step by step from the inside to the outside and the public face of your business.

This is where your community grows and more energies are actively engaged in shaping your business.

It is essential to have developed the capacity to move with these energies and hold the core energy of your business.

You will have mentors and coaches,

Team members,

Clients,

Community members and collaborators all bringing energy into your business and calling upon its energy too.

Your job is to hold the energy consistently so that the energy amplifies rather than diminishes.

Businesses can easily fall apart when too many energies are in the mix and that's why so many entrepreneurs have issues receiving energy of any kind into their businesses.

As a way of managing that in the old models,

The leader of a business would create a rigid structure,

Direct the process,

Determine the outcomes.

This kept it tight and neat but it lacked the necessary personalization and depth of engagement.

The new dynamic requires the energy to move and expand through interaction.

This leads to innovation and growth.

Structures need to be fluid but strong.

Expectations need to include a willingness to be surprised and that brings a feeling of vitality to your business that makes people want to be part of it.

They will be excited by the unknown possibilities just as much as the expected outcomes.

They will buy into being part of the journey of discovery and you will move from prescribing an outcome to inviting one and the difference this makes to client relationships is significant.

You will welcome clients into your world who are ready on every level to step into transformation.

They will get the results they need more easily and your business success will snowball.

In summary,

Anchor into the energy of your business.

Clarify your central values,

Vision and purpose.

Cultivate the beliefs that you need to hold the course and the space.

Engage life force energies in your business and build your capacity to receive external energies into your business.

This will help you build a unique business that is a clarion call to clients who are a perfect fit for your specific genius.

Now this is a lightning fast overview of a much longer process which takes a lot of integration and has many more layers but the tips I have shared will be enough to begin to put this into motion inside your business and feel the difference by growing your capacity to receive more clients and amplifying the energy that will magnetize those clients towards you.

There is so much wisdom and practical information in this talk. I’m excited to unpack and explore it in my business. I’m equally as excited to go deeper with the courses and resources you offer. You’ve completely shifted the way I view and interact with my business.

Like these talks very much - as in all areas of life it’s our inner relationship with the life force and elements that determines the outer expression. But in business - at least how I perceive it - there are many built in structures and behavior patterns that the majority still adhere to. When you come up towards these “blocks” may it be people or organizational structures how do you best relate? Of course there is no easy answer to that question - it’s more about listening inward, breathing and finding noninvasive steps forward? I myself have my own small company that I would like to make more profitable but not on the expense of less harmony - I have actively - after Covid - said no to the regular way of working by orienting my life around my health, meditation and yoga practice, not commuting / instead living / working from an environment that promotes wellbeing. I earn much less but I’m more happy and healthier than ever and that is true wealth, right? However I would like to expand a bit more from here, I’ll keep on practicing and learning and building my inner capabilities and sensibilities, I hope that will with time change my outer reality - namaste and thank you 🙏
