This audio is designed to help you to reach a difficult goal.
So first of all I would like you to spend a few moments thinking about the goal that you want to achieve.
Maybe it's something you want to be or maybe it's something you want to do or maybe it's something that you want to have.
And as you focus your mind now on those goals I want you to take a beautiful deep breath in and just allow those eyes to close.
And inside of your mind I want you to begin to pretend that those eyes are stuck.
Perhaps you can even imagine that there's some sort of glue holding them down.
And as I'm talking now and you're listening to my voice that glue is beginning to set and those eyes are becoming more and more stuck.
And when you're sure that that glue is fully dried and those eyes are shut tight I want you to test it.
And find that the more you try to open those eyes the more stuck they feel.
And then just allow yourself to relax even more and all of those tiny muscles in your eyelids to become loose and soft.
And spread that sense of relaxation all the way down into your cheeks and your shoulders and your arms.
And allow it to flow all the way down into those legs and your feet on the floor.
And now inside of your mind you can allow yourself to drift deeper.
And I want you to imagine that you are the star right now.
You are a guest in a talk show.
You can imagine yourself sitting there with the host and you can imagine all the audience out in front of you.
And you feel so confident sitting there and relaxed like this.
And you have been invited onto this show right now because you have achieved your goals.
And everyone out there is interested and curious about your story.
So as you are enjoying being there right now I want you to imagine the host.
And as the host looks at you now and asks you how did you get started?
And you can imagine answering that question right now.
And what kept you going when it got tough?
How did you keep yourself moving towards those goals?
And imagine answering that.
And how did you overcome the obstacles in your way?
And you can be there explaining that right now.
And now the host is bringing out a big screen and beginning to show a movie.
A very special movie just for you.
And on the movie is the highlights of all the steps that you took to achieve this wonderful goal.
And I'm going to be quiet for a moment now.
While you take all the time that you need to watch that movie and see yourself moving through those steps.
All the way to your goal right now.
And then I want you to take a really deep breath in again.
And as you open your eyes and bring back all of that new knowledge and motivation with you right now.
I wonder what it is that you know that you didn't know before.
And I wonder what difference it can make right now for you.
