After a long day of sitting, travelling, or feeling compressed, this 15-minute standing Pilates class offers a gentle reset for body and mind. Using the support of a wall, we explore breath, posture, and mindful movement to create space through the spine, open the shoulders, and reconnect with our center line. Through simple arm movements and gentle spinal mobility, the whole body begins to lengthen and decompress. A grounding practice to help you stand taller, breathe deeper, and feel centered again.
