Begin by finding a quiet and comfortable place where you can sit or lie down.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,

Allowing yourself to relax and let go of any tension or stress.

Now imagine that you're sitting in a beautiful meadow on a warm sunny day.

The sky is clear and there is a gentle breeze rustling through the trees.

Take a moment to picture this scene in your mind.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Imagine that a small bubble wand appears in front of you.

This bubble wand is filled with a magical solution that can create calming and soothing bubbles.

Dip the bubble wand into the solution and slowly blow a bubble.

Watch as the bubble floats up in the air,

Growing larger and larger.

Notice the color swirling with the bubbles.

Perhaps it's a soft shade of blue or a calming green.

As the bubble begins to float away,

Imagine that it carries away any anxious thoughts or worries that you may be experiencing.

Visualize them becoming trapped inside the bubble,

Safely held away from you.

Now,

Bring your attention back to the bubble wand.

Dip it into the solution again and blow another bubble.

This time,

Imagine that this bubble is filled with a sense of peace and tranquility.

Watch as the peaceful bubble joins the first one,

Gently surrounding it.

Notice how the two bubbles interact with each other,

Merging into a larger bubble.

As they come together,

Feel a sense of calm and relaxation washing over you.

Take a moment to focus on the sensation of the bubble's softness and lightness.

Notice how it floats effortlessly in the air,

Carrying with it a deep sense of peace and serenity.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Imagine that the bubble begins to descend slowly back towards you.

Feel a gentle tingling sensation as the bubble touches your skin,

Releasing its calm energy into your body.

Allow this calming energy to spread through your entire being,

Soothing any tension or anxiety that you may be feeling.

Feel the weight of anxiety lifting off your shoulders and being replaced by a deep sense of calmness and tranquility.
