Welcome to Day 2,
Money as Your Mirror.
Money reflects your inner world.
Today is about shifting from judgment and self-blame into awareness,
Responsibility,
And empowerment.
Money challenges.
Are not punishment.
They are in formation.
Find your comfortable seat for this meditation,
Seeing money as feedback,
Not failure.
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Find a comfortable seated or lying position.
Close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath.
Inhale slowly through the nose.
Exhale slowly through the mouth.
Letting the body soften.
Breathing in through the nose.
Exhale.
Through the mouth.
One more time,
Breathing in through the nose.
Exhale through the mouth.
Just continue breathing through the nose now.
And have their attention on your heart space.
Place one hand on your heart.
One on your lower belly.
Feel the rhythm of your breath connecting these two centers.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Feeling the breath under your hands,
In the belly.
And the heart space.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Or gently bring money into your awareness,
Not numbers.
Not builds.
But energy.
Notice what arises in your body,
Tightness,
Fear.
Resistance.
Numbness.
Whatever it is for you,
Just observe.
And without trying to change anything.
Say silently.
I am willing to see what money is reflecting back to me.
I am willing to see.
What money is reflecting back to me.
I am willing to see.
What money is reflecting back to me.
Just breathing.
Imagine money standing in front of you as a neutral mirror.
It is not judging you.
It is not approving or rejecting you.
It is simply showing you where energy flows.
And where it doesn't yet.
Observe and breathe.
I'm willing to see what money is reflecting back to me.
Now ask softly.
What are you trying to show me?
Sit with it.
No matter what images are coming up.
Old situations.
Memories from childhood,
From parents.
Maybe from school.
Or a workplace.
What are you trying to show me?
Breathe into any sensations that arise.
Allow insight without forcing answers.
Breathe deeper.
Check in with your whole body from the crown.
Shoulders.
Torso.
Hips.
Legs.
What are you trying to show me?
Feel into the body.
Where is tightness.
What is locked in this tightness?
Whose energy is it?
Breathe deeper.
I'm checking in.
When money feels blocked in my life.
What emotion comes up first?
Is it fear?
Shame?
Anger.
Avoidance.
Urgency.
Or unworthiness.
Where have I been playing small?
Or staying hidden to feel safe.
And how has money reinforced that pattern?
Breathe deeply.
Observed.
If money were a teacher rather than a problem.
What lesson might it be offering me right now?
Breathing deeply.
I'm willing to see.
What money is reflecting back to me.
Connect with your heart space.
And breathe into your heart space.
I know.
How to see money as information.
Not judgment.
I know how to feel safe being visible and expansive.
I release the belief that struggle is necessary for growth.
Just breathe.
Look again into the mirror.
Smile back.
At that mirror.
Create a sensation of peace.
Inside of your heart space now.
Peace.
With money.
I can look into the mirror.
And feel peace.
Money is peace.
Breathe deeply in.
And deeply out.
Feel how tension is releasing the body.
Take a few deeper breaths into your heart space.
And whenever you're ready.
Come back to time and space.
