Greetings! My name is Pete Brandow and I've developed a healing modality that is dynamic, Simple, Elegant, And pure. Now those are big claims and follow along see if you agree. I've got a few audios on Insight Timer and other places and see if it resonates with you and if it can uplift your life. I also do independent sessions where we focus on exactly what is coming up for the client. Let's just start with this thought and we'll anchor this thought more and we'll use this practice to anchor this more into our lives and the thought is how can I love this situation more? How can I love myself more? How can I love life more? And isn't that what's always in the background of a situation if we're going to make the best out of it? It's how can I love whatever's going on more so then I show up bigger so then I anchor in a bigger aspect of love into the dynamic so that I show up with joy and caring and compassion rather than fear, Conflict, And something else. So let's use this practice to anchor that thought in a little bit more and we don't have to do anything specific with that thought that's just hanging out in the background and that's going to allow us to step up more in our life. So we're going to start out with open-hearted. Open-hearted is a dynamic. So say, Repeat after me, I choose to allow myself to be more righteously open-hearted in a way that's serving with elegant possibilities, Complete freedom, And magnificent inspiration from the light of the light of me. Okay, I'm jumping up and down right now. That anchored in something really deep and profound for those listening and for myself. I'm feeling a big shift. So take a breath and just see where that takes you. What's going to help us with all this is just celebrate. Celebrating where we are. Celebrating where we can be. Celebrating future moments before they even happened. Say the love of celebrate. Absolute love. Good. Take a deep breath. I'm feeling a little bit light in the head. Some stuff's moving. Some new synapses are being formed. Two more things are going to help us in the call. That's flow and clarity. So say the love of flow and clarity. Absolute love. Take a deep breath.
