It is a good day.
We're connecting,
We're growing,
We're being our best selves.
A way to be.
I invite you to either look around the room,
Be quiet and still,
Or close your eyes and go within a little bit.
I'm here to explain something that's very near and dear to me and then take you on a journey and then go from there.
So many years ago I developed something that is very powerful.
It helps us connect to the truth of who we are and helps us let go of what we are not.
It's called Believe Love.
As we believe love,
The aspects of love,
The positive emotions that make up who we are,
We let go of those secondary or negative emotions at which we are not.
The secondary emotions have their value too.
They allow us to,
If we choose to,
Connect to the love within them,
Which allows them to do their job,
Which is to bring you back to the truth of who you are by connecting to the love there.
Because there's love and fear sometimes.
It can let us know that there's something that's not right.
Just as there's love and forgiveness and hope and joy.
But the love that's in hope and joy is easier to connect to than the love that's in forgiveness or fear.
Hopefully you're still on track with me and tracking what I'm saying.
Let's take you on a little adventure now,
Now that you have a little background.
Take a deep breath.
Good.
The word I'm going to have us connect to is faith.
Now faith can be a tricky word if we connect to a traditional meaning of it,
But it's not so tricky when we connect to just having faith in oneself,
Faith in life,
Faith in the goodness of life,
Faith in the goodness of ourselves.
It has a frequency of 632 on the consciousness map that David Hawkins developed,
Which is way above unconditional love,
Which is at about 550.
By connecting to the faith that we have in ourselves and the faith that we have in our lives and the faith that we have in life itself,
We allow those secondary things to dissolve and disappear.
So I just allow you to connect to faith and say absolute love.
So say faith,
Absolute love.
Now take a deep breath.
Good.
That's enough for today.
It's an introductory lesson.
Essentially what we did is we connected to a certain spot of love,
And that spot of love hasn't been so well connected with.
I muscle tested to see which was the best emotion to connect to,
And it was faith.
So right now we have a better connection of faith.
Absolute love sort of secured that connection in place,
And now when we connect to life and we connect to ourselves,
We have a better connection of faith.
So I invite you to open your eyes or look around the room as you were doing,
And just connect to the likelihood that you have a better connection of faith right now.
The likelihood that the faith that's now in your life is going to outpicture and allow life to feel more safe and less vulnerable just by having a better connection of faith.
