In each moment of learning,
There's something that we could know or understand or be connected with that raises us up to a higher level of being.
I'm going to muscle test and see what that is for us.
It's happy.
H-A-P-P-Y.
It's a word.
It's a state of being.
It's a part of who we are,
Actually.
It's a way that we can be in the world.
It's a lot of things,
But what it is to us depends on who we are and depends on the moment.
I'd like you to say the word out loud and see how you connect with it because how we connect with things,
How we say things,
Is how much we believe them.
So I'll say it.
Happy.
When I said it,
It was the first part was a little sad,
But the rest of it was strong.
The H-A was a little sad,
But the rest of it was strong.
And what that says to me is that I don't have enough happiness in my life,
That I don't connect with happiness as best I could,
That I don't believe in the power of happiness completely on a subconscious level.
I'd like you to say happiness out loud or just actually happy and see how it sounds to you.
So say happy.
Did you notice anything?
Did it sound happy and bright or did it sound a little sad like mine?
Well,
If it sounded a little sad,
Here's your opportunity to make it better.
I've got a phrase I developed a long time ago that improves our relationship to whatever we want.
And when we have a better relationship to something,
We believe it more.
And when we're talking about positive emotion or inherent emotion,
Things that are a part of who we are,
We want to believe them as much as possible.
We want them to be step in step with us.
So the phrase is,
I choose to improve my relationship to happy from the light of the light of me.
You're merging choice and will and doing it in the highest place possible,
The light of who we are.
And we're doing it for something like happy,
Which is something that we know is good.
So repeat after me if you choose to have a better relationship to happy and have it be a benefit for you in your life,
This new improved relationship.
Repeat after me,
I choose to improve my relationship to happy from the light of the light of me.
Good.
Now take a deep breath.
Good.
Now say happy out loud.
Might sound a little different.
Even when I said it,
It sounded more full and robust.
Happy.
And I'm not making this up.
This is just how I say it now,
Because we just did that little,
That little mini upgrade.
We can do this mini upgrade with any positive emotion.
To do it with a negative emotion,
You simply say the love of beforehand.
But we can do that in another audio.
For this time,
It was just to work with what came up in the moment.
For us,
I was happy.
Now that we have a better relationship to happy,
Happy can work its magic in our lives,
In our bodies,
In our beings,
And allow for more of what we would choose to present itself naturally.
