Gently closing your eyes,

Focusing all your attention on the tone behind my voice.

And coming back to your breath,

Following the air now,

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth or nose,

Whatever's comfortable for you.

Take a deeper breath with me,

Right to your chest,

Breathing in,

Let it go.

Focus your attention right now on this next tone you hear,

All of your energy goes there.

Beautiful.

I want you to focus now on your shoulders,

Let your shoulders drop,

Relax them.

And come back to your breath,

Noticing the air coming in through the nose,

And leaving you,

Exhale.

Exhale.

Allow your mind to drift off.

Meditation is allowing the mind to think.

Perhaps what you were doing before you listened to this meditation,

Or allow it to think about anything going on in your life that may be pressing or challenging you right now.

And now bring it back to your breath.

Notice the air again coming in through the nose,

Focus.

Let it go.

Soften the muscles in your face,

Allow your cheeks to melt.

That's it.

You got it.

That's the dance,

Allowing your mind to think,

And then coming back to your body and your breath.

Breathe that in.

You're a master at meditation because you can follow your thoughts.

That's all this is,

Is following the thoughts.

Breathe,

And enjoy these 30 seconds of chimes,

There to soothe you and slow you down.

The world will be waiting for you on the other side,

Enjoy.
