I affirm,
Without clutching at the past or grasping at the future,
I gently anchor my attention on this present moment,
With its collection of sensations,
Sights,
Smells and sounds.
I am tender with myself as I engage in the practice of awareness.
I am aware of my body,
Noticing the rise and fall of my belly,
Created by the soft,
Steady flow of my breath.
I am aware of how each breath in and each breath out soothes me,
Ushers me into a safe space of stillness.
I am aware of transient thoughts and emotions bobbing up to the surface.
They hover for a moment,
Then waft away,
As once more the present moment re-engages my attention.
Moving still further,
Beyond the outer perimeters of stillness,
I am aware of the releasing power of divine love.
I willingly practice self-forgiveness and make amends.
I willingly forgive others and release those detained with bitterness within my heart.
I become aware of,
And have access to,
Accurate and trustworthy intuitive prompts.
Unflinchingly,
I follow this divine guidance and pay heed to the life-giving divine ideas that have the capacity to change the trajectory of my life and my spiritual practice.
And so it is.
Amen.
Namaste.
