Find a quiet space,
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and release.
Again inhale fully and when you are ready exhale letting go.
With each breath arrive here in this space of healing.
Notice what emotions are present,
Grief,
Anger,
Disbelief,
Numbness.
My dear there is no need to change them only to witness.
Imagine a storm overhead swirling with these emotions.
You are not the storm,
You are the observer safe in this space.
Inhale deeply through your nose,
Hold it.
Exhale through your mouth releasing weight.
Again inhale and hold.
Exhale letting go.
Feel your breath soften the places that ache bringing ease where tension lingers.
In your mind's eye picture your energy scattered,
Tangled in moments of the past,
Conversations,
Scenarios,
Situations,
Circumstances.
And so we pause right here right now and with each breath call it back.
Inhale reclaim your power.
Exhale release what is not yours to carry.
Again inhale and feel yourself becoming whole.
Now exhale grounding into your strength.
And now bring a hand to your heart.
Now whisper I am here.
Allow gratitude to anchor you.
Name one thing you are grateful for no matter how small.
Let this gratitude remind you that you are still here.
You are still worthy.
You are still lovable.
When you are ready gently very very gently open your eyes.
Feel the ground beneath you perhaps wiggling your fingers or your toes simply to touch the earth and place where you are in this now moment.
Feel the groundedness and the steadiness within you.
The storm has passed.
You are home within yourself.
