This last mantra is called the Maha mantra.
Maha means great.
Many teachers suggest that all other mantras are contained within this one mantra.
It is longer than the previous one.
It consists of 16 words.
However,
Those 16 words are a combination of three different words.
The first word is Hare.
This means the feminine aspect of the divine.
Krishna is referring to the all attractive one.
And Rama means the reservoir of all pleasure.
Through this mantra,
We are having an opportunity to establish a deep connection with the divine.
Connecting with the divine is another name for yoga.
So the mantra is as follows.
