In this meditation, we start by grounding and relaxing into the Earth, tapping into the steady, safe divine masculine. We then shift our visualization into a river of love, feeling it flow throughout your entire being and allowing you to let go. After this meditation, you'll feel more centered, more relaxed, and renewed.

Hi love,

Welcome back.

So today we're going to work on getting back in the body and grounding down.

So start by coming to your seat.

Sit on the floor or a chair.

Sometimes feeling the connection with the earth on your body feels really nice.

And once you're here,

Bring your hands on top of your knees,

Palms face down.

Then noticing any thoughts that come up.

Anything that wants to move through you,

Just let it come up.

And then when you're ready,

We'll start to close the eyes.

Begin to take three long,

Slow,

Deep breaths into the stomach through the nose,

Expanding on the inhale and contracting on the exhale.

Take two more,

Feeling the breath come through your nostrils,

Down your throat into your heart space.

On the exhale,

Feel the reverse of that from the heart through the throat and out through the nostrils.

We'll take one more together.

Inhale on the exhale,

Let your body settle into a profound state of stillness.

Feeling right where your seat connects with the earth beneath you.

Feeling almost as if the earth is coming up to meet you.

Feeling this reverse effect.

And your body get heavier.

The earth holding you so tightly.

As you breathe,

Start to imagine the stillness and the power and the silence of a mountain.

In your mind's eye,

Between your eyebrows,

See this mountain tall and steadfast,

So connected and present on the earth,

Heavy,

Supported,

And rooted.

Feel this sense of groundedness within you now.

And start to imagine yourself as the mountain,

Your seat as the base,

Your arms as the side,

Moving up the body and coming to your head at the peak.

Feel how heavy your lower body feels against the earth.

How strong and stable.

No matter how strong the wind gets,

You don't move an inch.

No matter what comes towards you,

Leaves your vicinity,

You are right here.

All is well here.

Feeling yourself as the mountain.

Still shift into a more fluid part of our visualization,

Imagining yourself in the forest at the feet of the mountain.

The tall tree is so warm and inviting.

You come upon a stream.

This isn't an ordinary stream.

It's the most beautiful,

Fluid,

Receptive stream that you've ever seen.

It's filled with warm pinkish gold light pouring through so gently.

When you feel ready,

Decide to get in this gentle pink and gold stream.

The most loving,

Protective,

Fluid light.

And you float with this light,

Trusting that wherever you go is sacred.

Just allow yourself to let go.

Feel this feminine,

Fluid support wash over your entire body.

Feeling it open your heart,

Fill you with so much love and support.

You feel so warm and loved here.

Almost as if you're in the arms of the great mother.

Just let yourself be here.

You are safe here.

You can let go.

And as you float,

Come to a beautiful clearing.

Decide to slowly get out,

Feeling warmer,

More nourished and loved all through your system,

Through your energy.

You just lay on the soft earth in the sun,

Basking and receiving this warm,

Loving light.

You feel so calm,

So refreshed,

Knowing that no matter what,

You're taken care of.

You are so loved in this universe.

You're so needed and you are so worthy.

Any cares or worries have been released to the universe.

You've let them go.

Now all there is to do is to rest and choose love and enjoy your life.

Feel this profound stillness and sense of surrender,

Grounded peace.

And say thank you.

Thank you for this feeling of love that not only can you feel,

But it is you.

You are this love.

You are this peace.

You are safe in the universe.

Really start to come back to the body with slow,

Deep breaths.

Feeling grateful for this renewal and taking this love with you.

Feeling more compassion for yourself than ever before.

Moving with ease and joy throughout your life with an open heart.

You are worthy of this now and always.

When you're ready,

Bring your hands in front of your heart.

Take a deep breath in.

Exhale,

Open mouth,

Release it.

And when you feel ready,

Open your eyes to the room.
