When you're ready,

Come down into a seated position,

Crossing your legs,

Straighten the spine,

And on the inhale roll your shoulders back,

And on the exhale release them down your back.

From here,

We'll place the palms facing up on our knees,

Inhaling deeply into the stomach,

Exhaling it all out.

Take a few more deep breaths like this straight into the belly,

Expanding on the inhale and releasing it all on the exhale through the nose.

Inhale through the nose,

Exhale through the nose.

Begin to gaze towards the third eye point,

The space between your eyebrows.

Just focus here.

Whatever beautiful colors come by,

Just watch them.

Whatever thoughts come up,

Allow them to come,

Watching them float by,

No interaction,

Knowing that if you don't give them the energy,

They don't fester.

Allow what comes up to come up,

And exhale it out.

Just be right here for right now.

You have nowhere else to be,

Nothing else to do.

All we have is this moment.

From here,

Flip the palms down onto the knees,

Eyes still closed.

Imagine a red ball of light at the very bottom of your tailbone,

Shining so bright.

This light shines far in front of you and far behind you,

Opening up the backside of the body on this area and the front.

As you sit,

This red light sits directly on the earth beneath you.

You feel where you're connecting with the ground.

This red light begins to travel into your legs,

All the way down through your feet.

Your legs are glowing this beautiful red light.

Slowly from your legs,

Roots begin to grow into the earth beneath you,

Shining just as bright as your legs.

This red light roots you into the earth beneath you.

You begin to feel heavy and supported.

The earth is solid beneath you.

You begin to see the earth as green,

Beautiful green grass.

You feel how connected you are at your root to the beauty of this earth,

The abundance of this earth,

The love of this earth.

As you look around this new green,

Beautiful pasture,

Begin to notice that you're deep within a forest.

These beautiful trees swing in the wind gently.

The greenery is unlike any you've ever seen before.

Still seated firmly on the ground on the forest floor,

You begin to see a stone in front of you.

It's a very,

Very big large stone that's heavy.

You look at the base,

You can almost see how heavy it is sinking into the ground beneath you,

Into the floor of the forest.

As you travel further up the stone,

You notice that it's carved.

Traveling up,

You see the face of the Buddha,

Content,

Happy,

Heavily supported into the ground.

You see the peace etched on his face,

Deep within the forest,

One with the greenery.

You begin to see leaves and branches swaying more heavily with the wind.

You notice that these branches are hitting the Buddha,

Swaying back and forth against the stone.

The rustling of the wind,

The rustling of the leaves,

The rustling of the branches.

Move back and forth directly in front of your gaze across the Buddha.

And even as the wind gets louder and howls,

The heavy stone Buddha doesn't move an inch.

No matter what the wind brings,

No matter what tomorrow brings,

You are always rooted like the Buddha.

No matter how the wind howls,

No matter what trees are running into you,

Whatever leaves are running into you,

You are rooted like the stone.

Mother Earth is always supporting you and always waiting for you to give her your pain.

Feel heavy into the ground beneath you,

Feeling one with the stone Buddha that will be here for all of eternity.

You slowly stand up,

Exiting the forest,

Waving goodbye to the stone Buddha,

Feeling heavy in your own feet,

Knowing that as you move about this earth,

You are always able to connect with the world around you and that you are always taken care of by Mother Earth.

Begin to find your breath.

Take a deep inhale and exhale out the mouth,

Releasing worry and fear.

As you deepen your inhales,

Feel more clear,

More calm,

More understanding that everything on this earth is happening for you and there is a greater force taking care of all that you worry about.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes to the room with the knowing that you are always supported and always taken care of.
