What do you notice?

Are there vibrant gardens beaming with life,

Sunshine filtering through the trees?

Are pathways that meander inviting you through these open spaces?

Let your imagination point to the details effortlessly and vividly.

Begin to walk through these spaces,

Each step grounding deeper into this vision.

Feel the texture beneath your feet,

The firmness of the stone path,

And the softness of the grass.

Listen to the sympathy of sounds around you.

Perhaps you hear birds singing,

Laughter of children,

Or a gentle rustling of leaves in the breeze.

Notice the scent that's carried in the air,

Fresh earth,

Blooming flowers,

Or the aroma of shared meals nearby.

Allow yourself to immerse fully in the vitality and harmony of this place.

As you explore,

Your awareness shifts to the people who are making this community possible.

See their faces beating with joy and purpose.

Observe their interactions,

How they connect,

Collaborate,

And support one another.

Feel the warmth of the bonds,

The shared sense of respect,

And the collective commitment to something greater to the sum of all parts.

Now step into your role into this community.

What are you doing?

Are you tending a lush garden,

Teaching transformational skills,

Or guiding a group through a moment of challenge,

Or creating beauty with your hands or your words?

Envision yourself fully in this role.

See your actions,

Feel the rhythm of your work,

The sense of the impact you're making by contributing to this,

To the whole.

Experience the deep satisfaction of being in alignment with your purpose,

And let it fill you with joy,

Belonging,

And fulfillment.

Now we're going to shift our focus to a space within the community that feels unique just to you,

A sanctuary that nurtures your spirit and offers you peace.

Let's find that place now.

Perhaps it's sun dabbling little spots beneath the ancient trees,

Or a cozy nook in a welcome home.

Maybe it's a scenic bench right next to a brook.

Go there now.

Look around and take in every detail of this place.

Notice the texture,

Play of light with the shadow,

The natural elements that make it sacred to you.

What sounds fill the air here?

Maybe it's the gentle murmuring of water,

The singing of birds,

That fragrance that you just love.

What's the temperature of the air,

Sensation against your skin?

Let this place evoke you,

Ground you,

Deepen you into a sense of safety,

Tranquility,

And inspiration.

And as you settle into this space,

Allow yourself to reflect on the emotions that stir within.

What does this sanctuary represent to you?

Is it peace,

Rejuvenating,

A sense of wholeness?

Let it remind you of the support and connection that this community offers you and the strength that it brings to you.

Now,

We're going to slowly take what we just created and bring it back.

We're going to start by gently shifting our awareness to our breath.

Slow,

Deep inhales,

Allowing it to energize you.

Long,

Maybe let out a calming exhale,

Relaxing any tension.

Bring small movement to your body,

Your fingers,

Your toes.

Maybe roll your shoulders,

But keep your eyes closed a little longer.

And as you slowly start to come into presence,

Put a smile on your face.

Feel the joy of this community,

This connection you made right before you open your eyes.

Just take that moment and then reorient to the space around you.

Ah,

Notice how you feel more calm,

Centered,

Connected to this vision you've just experienced.

And we're going to carry this vision as our guiding light for all the days ahead.

Let it be a reminder to your unique role and your vibrant community,

What you're capable together when you're on your mission,

Fulfilling your purpose.
