Welcome,

This is Heidi Reeves and this is a micro meditation to help you to soften,

Ground,

And reset whenever you need it.

Find a comfortable position,

Seated or standing or lying down,

And let your shoulders soften.

Let your belly loosen.

Take a slow inhale through your nose and an even longer exhale out your mouth.

Bring one hand to your belly and one to your heart.

And begin by noticing one sensation in your body.

Maybe it's the weight of your hips,

Or the temperature of the air on your skin,

Or the rise and fall of your breath.

And then let your awareness drop slightly lower in your body,

Feeling that you're supported by the earth.

And as you exhale,

Let something soften your jaw,

Your chest,

Your thoughts out,

And feel your breath begin to move a little more freely now.

Feel your body settling,

Reorganizing,

And remembering what calm feels like.

Take one last inhale,

And with your exhale,

Imagine that your whole system is melting just a little more into ease.

And know that you can return to this moment anytime.

Your breath and your body and your awareness,

They're always,

Always here to guide you home.
