Welcome,
This is Heidi.
Today we're going to focus on presence.
Really creating a present moment for ourselves and allowing ourselves to think deeply into that.
Taking ourselves out of that lack mindset or poverty consciousness and move ourselves into the present moment.
So allow yourself to truly arrive from wherever you've come.
Feel your breath beginning to slow,
Your body softening,
And begin to turn your awareness inward.
Take a deep breath in.
Bring that breath from your toes to your crown.
Hold at the very top.
And then let that breath gently exhale back down your body.
Let's do that one more time as we gently flutter our eyelids closed.
Take a deep breath in.
Bring it from your toes to your crown.
Hold that at the top.
And then gently exhale that breath back down the body.
So there are days when we don't feel that we have enough time,
Enough energy,
Or maybe we don't even feel enough.
And this meditation is to remind us to come back into the present moment.
To step out of that time in the past or step out of that place of looking forward and consciously step into the flow and into abundance consciousness.
So it's easy for us to tangle ourselves up in thought processes.
And this is a place where we can truly allow our nervous system to calm.
It's a place where we can let those beliefs,
Let those thoughts just gently slip away.
We're not in the past and we're not in the future.
And these things are no longer rattling around in our heads.
We come into this place of stillness and silence and we meet ourselves here.
We take our time for ourselves to recover physically,
Emotionally,
Spiritually,
And we give ourselves a moment of rest.
And we do this by using a mantra.
And this grounds us into our practice today.
And this mantra is Om Ritam.
Om Ritam.
Try whispering that with me.
And Om is our vibrational connection to the universe.
And Ritam is connecting into the rhythm of the universe.
So we'll use this to ground ourselves and we may drift away to thoughts or feelings.
That's natural.
We have 60,
000 to 80,
000 thoughts a day.
So it's normal for the drift to happen.
Just gently bring yourself back to the mantra.
We'll do this for about five minutes.
I'll set a timer and you'll hear my voice bringing you back.
So let's begin.
Om Ritam.
Ritam.
Take a deep breath in and exhale softly out.
And as you sit,
Just allow yourself to simply be and feel the rhythm of your breath,
The gentle rise and fall like waves meeting the shore.
And think of this as the rhythm of life itself moving through you,
The rise and fall of your breath.
When we rest in presence,
We no longer need to chase things.
We no longer need to fix or control things.
We begin to remember that we're part of the greater flow.
And the mantra Om Ritam connects us to that rhythm,
The flow,
The order that moves all things.
So as you move through your day,
Let this mantra live with you in your breath and your thoughts and let it be the bridge that returns you to flow,
That place where life unfolds through you.
Feel this alignment,
This presence,
This flow,
This trust weaving into every cell of your being today.
Know you are in the flow.
Thank you.
