Welcome.

This is Heidi.

So just take a moment to arrive wherever you are.

Begin to feel your breath slowing,

Your body softening,

And allow your awareness to turn inward.

This practice is an invitation,

An invitation to ground deeply into the earth,

Into Pachamama,

And also to rise into your highest light.

So we'll move following the breath with presence.

We'll be using a mantra today to remember who we are beneath all of the noise.

So begin by taking a deep,

Slow inhale and bring that from your toes to your crown.

Hold at the very top and then let the breath cascade gently back down the body.

Hold at the bottom,

Inhale,

Bring it from your toes to your crown.

Hold at the top and gently let that exhale back down your body.

Coming back into your normal breath,

Begin to feel your sit bones rooting deep down into the earth while simultaneously you feel as if a string is being pulled out of the crown of your head.

With each exhale that you have,

Imagine those roots extending from the base of your spine down into the earth.

Feel that warmth,

That steadiness,

That support from the earth.

Just pause here for a moment,

Letting your body remember what it feels like to be held.

And then bring your awareness to the center of your chest,

Your heart space.

Breathe into the front and the backside of the heart space and visualize a golden light glowing here.

And imagine it spreading with each breath.

And feel the light rise gently moving up through your throat,

The front and the backside,

Into your third eye,

The front and the backside,

And feel the light coming out of the crown of the head,

Connecting with the sky,

With the sun.

And begin with a mantra,

Om Shreem Namah,

Om Shreem Namah.

Say it out loud at first and then repeat it silently to yourself.

Om Shreem Namah,

Om Shreem Namah,

Connecting into the abundance of the universe.

Allow the vibration of this mantra as you're silently repeating to fill your entire being.

Let it rise through your body like sunlight,

Om Shreem Namah.

Now,

Imagine your roots below and your light above connecting.

You are connected,

Balanced and whole.

You're both grounded and you're rising.

You're both the earth and the sky.

Take a deep inhale.

Feel the expansiveness.

And exhale out knowing that you carry this energy within you throughout the rest of your day.

Sit for just a few breaths in silence,

Letting this energy settle and integrate.

And when you're ready,

Take a deep breath in.

And on your exhale,

Gently open your eyes and bring this calm,

Steady energy into the world.
