Welcome to this talk about your higher self.
We all have the possibility of connecting with our higher self.
And sometimes I've seen in myself that connection blocked because of fear of success.
And I believe that everybody can break through this barrier and open up a part within us that is truly gifted and full of creativity and connected with something that I call the creative force.
In my experience,
Every time I touch this moment where there's no limitations,
The first thing that happens is that time slows down and expands and I feel almost with no thoughts of fear or the past.
And I'm like some people call it in the zone.
But I feel that sometimes we lose that connection because we're afraid of success.
Success is going to find us and then we're going to lose something.
Or we're afraid of really looking into ourselves and seeing our own dark side,
Our own shadows.
And I think the more we go inside and search within us,
We will find that it's not the shadows that are there but the light.
And part of this exploration may take you through the shadows,
But at the end of that tunnel there's a shining star.
And I can tell you right now that you're so,
So,
So beautiful and that there should be nothing that blocks that beauty to come out.
And the more you focus on that beauty,
The more the rays of that beautiful sun will reach.
And there's no,
Really there's no limit on how much expansion you can create for you and for others.
This talk is also about reminding me and you of how we can share that light in many,
Many ways.
You can be a shining light by just smiling to someone or being compassionate about something or by helping someone you love or someone you don't know even.
And I think the other day I wrote in a poem,
To encounter greatness you must encounter it within you.
And it's a big challenge to see through the doubt and the fear and the anxiety and to go through that valley of shadows to find yourself there in that higher self state.
And that higher self is there always.
We just have to connect to it.
And the metaphor I use for myself sometimes is that I'm in a ditch,
Lost in the dark.
And my higher self gives me a ladder and helps me to go up that ditch and see another plane,
Another plane of awareness,
Another state of consciousness.
In that state of consciousness you're not inside of your senses,
You go beyond your senses,
Outside of yourself,
Where you can see yourself away from the fear,
The doubt.
And the senses become numb and the spirit becomes tuned into that higher self.
For me,
When I'm doing music,
I'm connected to that moment,
To that higher self and I'm completely expanded in a shell of timeless creation.
And you,
When you connect with that,
You can shine all that beauty that is within you and touch so many hearts and expand yourself.
And keeping that awareness in that higher self helps you and others because you raise the consciousness from one point to another and this reflects all around you.
And from that point you can always connect to this creative force.
So don't be afraid,
Bring your beauty to the world because you're made of stars and you are a star within you.
