I don't sleep very well as I suffer from nightmares due to my PTSD which is very hard to deal with at the best of times. So this medition with the sound of the ocean is relaxing and calms my mind so I can go back to sleep peacefully. This medition is excellent for people to totally relax and drift into a deep sleep 🙏
