Hello and welcome to this new insight.
Today I would like to invite you to this reflection that I had about God within.
So imagine you're starting your day like any other day.
Maybe you wake up,
Grab your phone to see if you have some important message.
You stretch a little bit,
Go get a cup of coffee.
Then you hurry up a little bit to take your children to school.
Then you start working.
Maybe you have some discussion with some friend in work about how to improve your work.
Later you go with your wife to eat,
Have some lunch.
During the day you're living your routine,
Your everyday life.
Maybe in some moment you interact with somebody in a store and you're a little bit upset because of how they treated you.
Life continues in its predictable way.
Continuing your day,
In one moment you look up to the sky and maybe you question yourself.
What is the purpose of all this?
Then that question goes away.
Go back to your job and you continue worrying about this or that around your job,
The efficiency of how things should work.
You get a call from a relative or somebody near you that somebody got sick,
That they're going to be okay.
Then you arrive to your house.
Your children are there.
You play with them a little bit.
You sit,
You check a little bit more messages.
Your children watch TV or play some game on the TV.
Then you go out to your porch,
Your wife joins you,
Have a chat.
Then you realize that family is something that gives you purpose.
You both help each other to put the children to sleep or you do something else that you normally do.
As a wife you go up to the room and start reading a book or something.
Then you tuck your children to sleep.
You tell them how much you love them.
Then before closing the door you look at them and you feel this rush of love giving you purpose again.
Then you go to sleep.
You say good night to your husband.
Your husband says good night to you or your partner,
Your couple,
Maybe your family member,
Anybody that's around you,
Your partner.
You say you love them.
You close your eyes and you fall asleep.
Then later in the night while you're sleeping,
God decides to come and visit.
He comes in and sits beside you,
Watching you sleep.
And he looks at you like a baby for him,
Unaware of the big picture.
He looks at you with so much love.
And then while you're still sleeping he touches your forehead and leaves.
The next morning you wake up and you feel something different.
You feel so healthy.
You try to bend and nothing hurts.
You feel refreshed.
You turn around and look at your husband and he looks so beautiful.
He seems like almost another person.
You have a rush of love going through you,
But not like the day before,
Just sometimes.
It's all the time in your heart.
You go to the mirror and you look at yourself and you see something totally different.
You see that God is within you.
You look closer at the mirror and you see in your eyes a little piece of the universe.
And you have so much love coming from yourself.
You almost feel that love is coming outside of you.
While you look around and you feel connected with everything.
You rush to see your children or your family and you see the same glow in them.
When you look into their eyes you also have a bit of the universe inside them.
You go out to leave your children and you're so joyful,
So present,
So vivid with health,
Love and purpose.
You go to your work and there you find that there's so much love around you and that you're connected to each soul you meet.
They're receiving their love because you see it in yourself that God is within you.
Your day changes completely.
You walk around the city and you see the connection in every person,
Every leaf of a tree,
Every piece of grass.
Everything is connected to you.
And with this feeling you go back home.
And when you go to rest you realize that every night God visits you because he's coming from you.
He is in you and you are a piece of God observing the universe.
