Hello and welcome to your guided three-minute meditations for week one.

Take some time to just find a comfortable seat and you have the option to keep the eyes closed here or you can slightly open the eyes.

If the eyes are slightly open just taking a moment to let go of whatever comes into your gaze.

Whether the eyes are open or closed just taking a moment to allow the shoulders to relax a bit more away from your ears.

Take some time to relax the jaw.

Are you clenching in the teeth?

Are you clenching at your eyes?

Any space to let go of that tension and to really ground.

Maybe you feel your feet connected to the floor here.

Just take notice of how the ground beneath you is truly supporting you right now.

How does it feel to be supported?

Start to take notice here of the breath as it comes in and out.

Just taking notice here of any thoughts that come to the mind.

Instead of judging these thoughts just kind of allowing a moment to breathe into the thought and as you exhale just letting the thought go.

Allowing the next thought to maybe come into the surface when it's ready and each time any thoughts come into the mind see if you can just detach from it being a good or bad thought.

Just find present moment awareness here.

And when you're ready at your time and pace just slowly starting to deepen the breath in and out through the nose wiggling the fingers and the toes and slowly open the eyes and take back in the scene of the space around you.
