Hello and welcome to this guided meditation with OwlRare. Well, We meet again. Taking a moment here to slow down. Is there space to connect with your breath? And just allowing the sounds to slowly bring you deeper into a state of relaxation. Slowly start to take notice of the breath as you breathe in. Noticing here the sensation of the breath. As you slowly breathe in. And noticing the release as you breathe out. And slowly finding a steady cadence with your breath. Slowly pressing the lips here, Allowing the breath to come in and out through the nose. Maybe from here, You just allow yourself to relax the shoulders away from the ears. Maybe here you allow yourself space to soften the closure of the eyes. And maybe here you just take a moment to allow the tongue to slowly float down from the roof of your mouth. Maybe slowly allowing the breath to find its own natural rhythm here. And just allowing the sounds to bring you deeper into a state of relaxation. Starting to connect back with the breath. Maybe starting to wiggle the fingers. Wiggle the toes. Slowly pressing the hands together at heart center. Rubbing those hands together. And bringing the base of your palms to the tops of your eyelids, Slowly sliding the hands down. As your hands come back together at heart center, Slowly opening the eyes.
