Divine Beauty This contemplation is one that enables the heart to know God as ultimate beauty using Scripture.

It's based on a tradition used by Benedictine monks called Lectio Divina,

A divine reading of Scripture.

There are four phases and you'll be led through.

So close your eyes if you want and take a couple of deeper breaths.

And firstly just hear or read these words.

As we contemplate the Lord's beauty so we are changed into the same beauty.

This time reflect on the words.

As we contemplate the Lord's beauty so we are changed into the same beauty.

God's glory and his beauty are the same.

He offers to give this to us.

This time you can respond to these words.

As we contemplate the Lord's beauty so we are changed into the same beauty.

As we contemplate the Lord's beauty so we are changed into the same beauty.

You are invited to enjoy God's beauty,

To gaze upon it.

And in turn he will bestow a beauty upon your own life.

Finally,

Receive the promise that you will be able to see God's beauty and receive the promise that you will be able to hear.

Finally,

Receive the promise held in these words.

As we contemplate the Lord's beauty so we are changed into the same beauty.

To be given to you.

Receive it right now.

And when you are ready,

You can end the contemplation.

God's glory and his beauty are the same.

As we contemplate the Lord's beauty so we are changed into the same beauty.

As we contemplate the Lord's beauty so we are changed into the same beauty.

Music.

oooo this is nice work ! Towards the end when the host says to receive divine beauty I look up and imagine a sphere of golden shimmering light coming down on me from head to toe permeating my entire face and body. Beautiful Ladies hit the play button on this.

Olivia thank you; I listen to this meditation frequently and this morning on my walk in nature I was moved to tears of joy and gratitude. I walk along a farmers field and each morning I notice how much the crops have grown over night. Gods Grace is everywhere and these crops reflect in me the beauty of what can and does happen once the seed is planted and takes hold. Grateful for this love and grateful for your meditations I hope you share more. Namaste 🙏🏻🙏🏻
