This guided meditation aligns us with the natural energetic flow of the Torus Field. This is the electromagnetic field generated by our heart centre that both flows through and envelops the body. Using visualisation and breath, we create coherence with this powerful energy field, and in the process, build magnetism to all that we wish to attract. Co-create a sense of peace, abundance, connection and flow in this relaxing guided meditation.

Taurus Field Meditation This meditation connects you with your natural energetic flow that moves from the base of your spine up from the earth,

All the way up through your central channel and out the crown of your head,

Circling round back down again,

Ending at the base of your spine.

This natural flow of energy is happening anyway,

Yet for many people it's not in a coherent way.

So when we breathe,

Visualizing this magical Taurus field around us,

We create a sense of energetic alignment with our highest and fullest expression.

When we bring ourselves into a state of coherency,

We automatically become an energetic match for all that we want to co-create in our lives.

And this meditation is designed to help reach that place of inner peace,

Unconditional love and a sense of aligned flow.

So finding a comfortable seated position,

Either on a bed,

On the floor or on a chair,

Anywhere that you feel comfortable and you won't be disturbed.

Sitting up nice and tall,

Feeling the connection of your sit bones as they ground towards the earth,

And feeling your crown drawing up towards the sky,

Rolling the shoulders up,

Back and down,

Opening up the heart space.

You can rest your hands on your lap or on your knees with your palms facing upwards.

And we'll begin with three deep connecting breaths in through the nose,

Inhaling from the base of the belly,

Expanding into the ribs,

Expanding into the heart space and releasing through the mouth,

Bringing ourselves into the body and out of the mind.

Inhale deeply through the nose,

Feeling yourself filling up from the base of your spine to the crown of the head.

And exhale to release.

One more deep breath,

Inhale and exhale,

Just letting go of anything that came before this and anything that's coming afterwards.

Then we'll just continue to breathe in and out through the nose,

Following the stream of breath,

Focusing and shifting all the awareness into the body,

Using the breath as an anchor that brings us into this present moment.

And then starting at the top of your head,

Gently beginning to scan the body downwards,

Imagining an x-ray of white light,

Moving down from the crown of your head.

And in its path,

Dissolving any stuck or stagnant energies or any physical tension.

So feel it moving all the way down the face and the neck,

The shoulders,

Down the chest,

The belly,

All the way down past the pelvis and the sit bones,

Down the legs and the arms until you reach the tips of your fingers and the tips of your toes.

Bringing your attention to the base of your spine and beginning to breathe in a way that we visualize energy traveling up the spine.

So breathing in,

Feeling the movement of energy up your central channel,

All the way up to the crown of the head.

And then as you exhale,

Imagining a fountain of white light,

Showering out in all directions,

Circling around you,

Almost enveloping you in a globe or egg shape.

Exhale and feeling that energy landing all the way back down at your feet.

Inhale,

Drawing up from the earth.

All the way up to the crown of your head.

Exhale,

Showering all the way back down in either all directions.

Just feel this beautiful showering of energy.

Moving back down in a circular motion,

All the way up on the inhale,

Feeling it moving through any stuck or stagnant blockages in your chakras.

So noticing if there's anywhere when you're breathing in that you feel a little bit of resistance and perhaps pause there and breathe more intentionally,

Breathe in more light into that constriction.

And then continuing to breathe up and out the crown of the head.

Back down again.

So imagining this beautiful channel clearing with light as it moves up,

Almost drinking up like a straw to the top of the head and showering out like a fountain.

And using your inner eye to visualize this happening and seeing if you can notice and sense on a physical level this flow of energy that coincides with our natural torus field.

And we're going to continue like this for some time.

So continuing in your own way in your own pace.
