Welcome,

In this session we will learn a technique to set a powerful intention.

Make sure you will not be disturbed for the duration of this session.

Get into a very comfortable position and take a nice deep breath in.

Exhale,

And feel any tension begin to release.

Breathing fully,

Feel your body expand with the air,

And as you exhale,

Feel your body contract as the air escapes.

Focus on the sensations of the breath,

And allow the breath to relax you.

Setting intentions is a powerful tool in manifesting your desires.

It is best to set aside at least 5 minutes each day so that you can fully relax while accessing this technique.

Breathe in deeply,

And bring into your mind an intention you would like to set.

Notice what comes to mind automatically.

It could be a long-term goal or something that you want to accomplish today.

Whatever it may be,

See it very clearly.

Be sure to add in as much detail as you can regarding this intention.

The more vivid this visual,

The better.

What is that you truly want?

Can you make the colors of this visual bright and vibrant?

Now see yourself as if you already attained this desire.

Notice what you look like after having gotten what you set forth to receive.

What do you look like and how are you moving about?

Can you feel these emotions rise in your body?

Joy,

Happiness,

Accomplishment,

Joy,

Confidence.

Let these feelings grow as you continue visualizing yourself.

Good.

Now remember back to what your initial intention was.

Can you see the steps that you need to take that push you towards this goal?

What kind of daily choices do you need to make?

Your mind will automatically find the route you need to take if you set your intention with enough desire.

Now let's take one last nice deep breath in and when you exhale remember how you felt after achieving your goal.

Whenever you're ready,

Gently and softly open your eyes,

Bringing a smile across your face,

Excited for the day ahead.
