This Body Scan is a good way to concentrate and relax during the day. If you have a highly tense day, take 14 minutes to care about yourself. Do the meditation, listen to the sea, and breathe. You will feel more energy for work after. Also, do this Body Scan before you will go to sleep or once you are already in bed. It helps you to avoid insomnia and to have a better sleep.
