Only this can happen when a person is attuned within and open to this kind of process. However, everyone can learn to do this by simply following the steps during this meditation. Transcript

Hello.

Make yourself comfortable.

Lie down.

Shake your body into relaxing position.

Make sure that you are relaxing.

Nothing absorbs your mind.

And you are fully rested.

Close your eyes.

Just shake once more your body to make yourself comfortable.

Take a deep,

Deep breath.

Hold the breath and relax.

Exhale.

Again,

Deep,

Deep breath.

Even deeper.

Hold the breath.

Relax your body even more.

And exhale.

Again,

Deep breath.

Slowly,

Without rushing.

Hold.

And exhale.

You can breathe now in your own pace.

And make sure you breathe deeply and with each breath you take,

The body is more and more relaxed.

As your eyes are closed,

Your other senses become more acute,

More strong,

More powerful.

So,

As you're lying,

Feel the body temperature,

The temperature around you.

Is it nice and pleasant?

Or maybe it's just a little chilly or too hot?

Feel if there is any draft coming.

Try to smell.

Can you smell anything?

Maybe some incense?

Maybe some other smells?

Just feel the smell.

Now,

Listen very,

Very carefully.

Can you hear anything beside my voice?

Listen.

Now,

Move your thumb around.

Open your mouth slightly and try to taste the air.

Taste the flavor of the air.

Feel everything there.

And all the senses,

Let it be acutely aware.

Now,

Our mind will shift to different parts of the body and we will be scanning the body.

We will be scanning different parts for any abnormalities or anything what we could find that serves for the good or not so good aspect within parts of the body.

So,

Let's start breathing again.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Now,

Start scanning your forehead and your scalp.

Feel what is there.

Maybe something is itching.

Maybe some unknown tension.

Something below the forehead,

Under the skin,

Under the scalp.

Just carry on scanning.

While scanning,

Carry on breathing.

Thank you.

Take a note what your conclusions of this scan is.

Next step.

Now,

Start scanning your face and lower part of your head.

This will include your eyes,

Nose,

Mouth,

Cheeks and all around the head.

Carry on scanning.

Prob with your mind,

Eye,

Everything what is there.

Take note of everything.

Remember,

Everything is very important.

Now,

Relax your mind and inhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Now,

Start scanning your neck,

Your throat,

Shoulders,

Arms and hands.

Is there any aches,

Pain,

Any abnormalities in the skin?

Any tension in the muscles?

Carry on scanning.

Make sure that your mind scans properly and you trust your intuition.

Relax.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Now,

Start scanning your chest and the back.

Your skin,

Your lungs,

Your spine,

Your breasts,

Your bronchias,

Your shoulder blades.

Carry on scanning.

Trust your intuition.

Make sure that you scan properly everything.

And relax.

Now,

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Now,

You start scanning your diaphragm and your solar plexus.

This is very,

Very important part of your body.

Do the proper scanning.

And make sure that you scan every bit.

Carry on scanning.

Start scanning your belly and your abdomen.

Your belly,

Your tummy,

Your intestines,

Your sexual organs.

Start scanning everything.

Make sure that you scan properly.

Check everything.

Make sure everything functions right.

Remember every sensation of the skull.

Now,

Relax.

Inhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Inhale.

Now,

Start scanning your hips,

Your legs and the feet.

Carry on scanning for any abnormalities,

Any tension,

Any misalignment.

And relax your mind.

Take note of everything.

Start breathing at your own pace for about a minute,

But breathe deeply and concentrate and focus on your breathing.

One minute,

You breathe all by yourself,

Deeply.

And relax.

Carry on breathing the same way.

Bring your focus and attention to the areas of your skull,

Those which you scanned and is a bit out of alignment.

Bring attention to all these areas and carry on breathing deeply and color each inhalation,

Each bit of oxygen with a pink love light which can heal anything.

And direct the oxygen in those areas.

And each time you direct this,

Tell those areas,

Tell those organs about your love.

How much you love,

How much you appreciate,

How much you will make it healthy again.

You have one minute for this,

So start breathing pink light into those areas,

Into those organs.

And relax.

Relax now.

Relax now.

You can start breathing normally.

Let your mind relax.

And out of this relaxation,

You will come out when I finish counting to three.

You will only open your eyes whenever you are ready.

If you are not ready to not rush,

You might want to finish the process of scanning and healing.
