Take a lovely deep breath in and a long slow breath out and the next time you breathe in look up towards your forehead and as you breathe out gently close down your eyes.

See,

Feel or imagine yourself walking through a peaceful fruit orchard.

Dappled light shines between the trees.

The scent of sweet fruit fills the air.

The orchard is full of trees laden with bright colourful fruit.

But there's one tree in particular that catches your eye.

On this tree you notice a small pink fruit that you've never seen before.

It's glowing softly almost as if it's calling to you.

You reach up gently plucking the fruit from the tree and as you do so you notice its smooth texture in your hand.

Its sweet smell inviting comforting and as you take a bite you feel the flavour spread through your mouth and instantly you sense a soothing warmth spreading down to your belly.

This fruit is unique in the way that its nutrients are designed to soothe any tummy troubles discomfort or bloating.

And so with each bite you take the soothing energy from this fruit moves deeper into your belly softening any tightness releasing any discomfort and calming any tension.

Feel the warmth move gently through your body bringing a sense of deep relief.

And even after you finish the fruit its beautiful nutrients continue to support your digestion dissolving any bloating for days after and knowing that you can come back to this orchard to have this fruit at any time.

In a moment I'm going to count from one to three and when I say three you'll open your eyes feeling relaxed lighter and free from discomfort.

One noticing your body resting on the surface beneath you two taking a deep breath in and sighing it out three opening your eyes when you're ready.
