Welcome,

Welcome to a full moon meditation.

This month we are in Sagittarius in May 2024.

So get yourself comfy as I do a little intro as to what this energy is about this month so we can really utilize this amazing time that we're living in.

So much is going on for everyone right now and we have opportunity after opportunity to heal,

To forgive,

To accept,

To grow,

To rebirth and switch on our gifts and talents from dormant DNA and from our ancestors that haven't been tapped into for thousands and thousands of years.

So take some deep breaths really get present in this moment in this moment bringing your focus into your body and the room or space that you are in right now breathing in and breathing out slowing the pace of life down within you and without you breathing in love,

Breathing out any tension any fears,

Any resistance that you can feel in your body and as you're breathing in and breathing out and starting to just relax more into this moment becoming aware of your body I just want to talk a little minute about our heart and the energy of the Sajji,

The Sagittarian energy that we're in right now So we've had so many solar flares,

Solar storm,

Interference with our electromagnetic fields electromagnetic fields,

Collapses of industries around the world and all sorts going on truths coming up,

Not knowing what to believe,

What not to believe,

What is true to you what is challenging you,

Triggers and so forth and so forth so these meditations can help us clear all that noise and really connect into our heart for moving forward Mother Earth has already shifted into a higher frequency,

A higher dimension she is playing this out in the weather and all sorts of other ways and we are learning and adjusting to realize moving forward that our heart is the brain of our soul our high mind consciousness is how we create and move forward on this new earth we cannot be fully in our heart if others' sufferings are affecting us emotionally we cannot be fully in our heart to emanate joy,

Love and peace if our own pain and suffering is consuming us Sagittarian energy is around the fire element,

They or the energy are risk takers,

Referencing to freedom being outdoors,

Worldly,

It's a very expansive energy,

A visionary energy for truth and our law,

So we can utilize that today even if we are not Sagittarians or even if we don't feel very expansive,

We can call on that moon energy to shine her beautiful illuminated light down on us showing us areas of our life that need attention to help us become more more playful and joyful like the Sagittarians,

To break up old patterns and to do something different to see life in a bigger picture we're stepping into our hearts more fully to realize that the material world does not resonate as it used to,

And so to find joy and gratitude in the little things in life in the little things in life take some deep breaths bring the energy down through your body becoming aware of where your mind is at right now becoming aware of your thoughts and sometimes it's very hard to still our mind,

So acknowledging the thoughts that are coming up into your mind and then letting them flow through you into your mind and then letting them flow through you you may like to focus on my guided meditation or you might just like this energy to ground you and protect you and allow you to float and be wherever your own visionary energy takes you keep breathing into your eyes,

Your nose,

Your ears,

Your throat,

Clearing out the old energy as you acknowledge your own body breathing into your shoulders any aches and pains in your back,

Any stiffness,

Releasing as you breathe in and out starting to relax more and more into this moment breathing the energy down into your arms breathing the energy down into your arms your elbows,

Your forearms,

Your hands and your fingers you may like to wriggle your fingers or your arms to allow the energy to flow through you breathing the energy deep down into your lungs and your torso and as you do you're releasing any tension in your tummy,

Releasing those tummy muscles letting it go,

So this is where we can hold our overwhelm,

Our anxiousness our fear so we're just releasing anything that you feel caught up in this area for now breathing the energy into your hips,

The momentum to move forward where sometimes the energy can get stuck breathing down into your legs,

Knees,

Shins and calves,

Down into your feet and into your toes wriggling your ankles,

Your feet and your toes,

Releasing any old energy,

Stuckness,

Pains and aches and imagining from the base of your feet you have two beautiful ribbons or cords or tree roots,

However you visualize it,

Imagine these going deep down into Mother Earth through all the layers of the earth breaking down,

Down,

Down through all the layers to find the core of your being breaking through the rocks,

The clay,

The stones,

Even the water breaking down,

Down,

Down through all the layers to find the core of the earth and Mother Gaia's beautiful golden beating heart and wrap your cords around her heart and we draw her beautiful energy up,

Up,

Up,

All the way up,

The energy of unconditional love compassion and empathy joy and happiness support and caring and beauty sensitivity and sensual energy rising up through your body,

Rising up into every single cell and we invite the cosmos energy,

The universal energy,

The unconditional high vibrational cosmic galactic ancestral loving energy to be poured down from the heavens to be poured down,

Down,

Down coming down,

Down,

Down through all and past the stars,

The planets and even the moon beautiful,

Shimmering,

Crystalline energy being poured down with all your answers,

All the healing you need down,

Down,

Into your crown and going into every single cell of your body with the energy of the earth and the energy of the heavens and you being the conduit,

The most powerful bright light we connect heaven to earth and we expand this energy out through our body passing through our skin and into our aura and etheric bodies until we are in the most amazing golden crystalline silvery bubble of light fully protected nothing can penetrate this amazing sealed bubble that you are in right now and as you are feeling more and more relaxed just want you to switch on your imagination and if you are following my voice imagine that you are protected but the bubble is now transparent and before you is a beautiful grassy plain and you are in just a white shirt or nightie type thing,

Linen light clothing with your bare feet walking on the grass bringing in the energy of the earth element as we're so grateful for our feet being on the crisp grass and you feel the air around you you can feel it on your skin you can feel it breezing through your clothing it is the perfect temperature and we thank the element of air and somewhere in the background you can hear a trickle of water a waterfall for you the cleansing crisp clear beautiful energy of the water the water that runs through our veins the water that runs through our veins and makes us who we are in our physical body we thank that element of water and as you're continuing to walk on this grass you can paint a picture of whatever the background looks like for you so and up ahead before you even though it is a beautiful sunny day you can see a small fire a fire way in the distance you can see these golden orange flames of light beckoning you to walk towards and as you get closer and closer you realize it is like a campfire and we thank the element of fire for being present for being here to rebirth us but also to burn away the old the sparks of passion that lie dormant in us that will be reignited today and as you move closer and closer to the fire you realize that it's actually quite a large circle of fire with many logs or seats surrounding this fire and there is a being in front of you now a very trusting loving being of light whoever comes to your mind first is your guide for this meditation was it a departed loved one even an animal an angel a guide a galactic being greet them with love embrace however you wish to embrace and they gently maneuver you to sit in front of the fire and you are asked now to close your eyes you can feel the heat from the fire you can hear the crackling you can smell the smoke where all your senses are now alive and tingling and you are asked to focus now on your heart whether it's your physical heart or your heart chakra it will eventually merge as one so imagine the beat of your heart is relaxed and your heart feels peace,

Love and joy at the same time you are asked to open your heart if you can imagine a lotus flower opening one petal at a time or however you visualize your heart chakra opening and as your heart opens there's some old,

Old hurts coming up into your heart some hurts from the past some hurts from people some hurts for unforgiveness first and foremost,

Self and as you're feeling deeper and deeper into these hurts or something that you have not let go of or many things you have let go of or acknowledged or just swept under the carpet now is an opportunity to open your heart and you are asked to open your heart and if you could imagine right now opening your eyes and looking at the fire and what you realize is it's not just you,

It's all of you and what you realize is it's not just you and your guide around this fire but you have other departed loved ones,

Ancestors,

Other parts of you from past lives what does that look like for you?

You can use your imagination you may see someone there,

A pharaoh from Egypt or you may see someone from a war time see yourself broken or you may see a beautiful ancestor bringing in light and love and gifts and opportunities you may see a departed loved one that you never got to reconcile or say goodbye or still hold something deep in your heart let's take some time to acknowledge who's sitting around the fire with you whether they're there to support you which all of them are anyway or whether they represent a pain or a loss or something that you don't even recognize but you know it's in your ancestral decoding or coding you never know,

Maybe an old partner that you thought that you had found healing but there's still a little bit there could be an American Indian giving you great insight to your past life and what you went through open your mind,

Be expansive in the Sagittarian energy and see where it takes you bring up the pain that you feel for the earth or for situations going on in the world bring it up now into your consciousness bring up the suffering you feel on behalf of others and as you do you can release it into the fire you could go back as far as school,

Being a school teacher being bullied or you were the bully going back where your heart started to close over unkind words along the way as you're bringing these things into your consciousness it's not that we're going to stay here and hold on to it it's coming up for transmutation it's coming up for clearing,

For healing on a really deep level under these powerful,

Powerful sun solar flares and full moon energy so your guide now is gently asking you to stand up and takes your hand and you will be encouraged to step closer and closer to the fire now you trust your guide and your guide takes the first step into the fire you see that your guide has not burnt or shriveled is not in any sort of pain whatsoever,

It's very,

Very metaphysic and symbolic so you take his other hand or her hand or whatever the being is and you step into the fire and just imagine that the fire with its flames is gently,

Gently burning the old away burning the pains,

The hurts,

The brokenness,

The heartache even the sickness and the anger that we hold in our hearts and as the fire is burning away and cleansing your slate imagine that it's flicking off into little embers,

Releasing from your body and when you look up you can see these embers moving towards the sky and as you're standing there in full trust all the people that were there for you around the fire are now standing up and holding hands holding hands in love,

Holding the space for you so that this may be a powerful cleansing for you from all walks of life,

From your past,

From your future,

From your soul,

From your blood family from all the experiences you've experienced,

Your ancestors hold the space for you as the embers,

More and more so,

Are flicking off you and moving upwards and moving upwards and you can feel the density of your body releasing these embers on the fire and you can feel the old is starting to crumble away turning into ashes in the bottom of the fire and as this fire cleanses you you notice that you are becoming lighter and lighter and lighter until your feet are starting to come off that burning glow of material and now you're starting to rise out of that fire and you can imagine yourself as a higher version of you or like a phoenix rising from the ashes and as you rise you know that you you realize that you are not like a physical body more of an energetic body or you may see yourself as a dragon or a bird of whatever you see this is for you and as you rise and rise you start to collect all the embers all the embers that have been released from your body and these embers are light now and they're turning into the most magnificent emerald green the color of your heart and as all these embers have been transmuted from the old pain and suffering they are moving more into love as you rise peace,

Harmony,

Beauty,

Support,

Compassion,

Empathy without feeling other's suffering you are rising and rising and rising towards the most magnificent sun in this light green light body whatever form you see looking down at the old you in the fire burning away into ash with all of your helpers,

Guides and ancestors holding the hands each other's hands and holding the space for you and as you rise closer and closer to the sun you can feel the pull of the magnetic force around the sun and you can see with your own eyes the flares,

The storm,

The aurora colors reflecting from the sun and the sun embraces you and brings you closer to her for she wants to untangle your DNA she wants to rebundle your dormant DNA that has laid dormant for thousands of years she wants to gift you with light through every single cell of your body and I say she but the sun actually is represented as the he,

The male bringing in the musculine male,

The balanced male of strong,

Courageous,

Expansive energy of strong,

Courageous,

Expansive energy the energy for risk takers,

Freedom seekers the energy of practicality and having a beautiful big set of tools to draw on the energy of strength and courage and as the sun embraces and wraps you in his beautiful arms feel the light emanating through every single cell especially in your heart and imagine that you are just as powerful as this being of light and your green energy mixes with the sun's flares to paint the most beautiful reflection across the skies for you are power,

Power with love and you are strong,

You are healthy and wise and your gifts are turned on,

Sparks,

Codes lighting up in your brain,

Your heart,

Your body,

Your cells re-remembering who you are now you're floating from the sun full of power and energy and we need to bring it into balance for you so you're floating towards the feminine moon,

The illuminated moon as the sun goes down and the moon starts to rise your energy is directed to move towards that magnificent moon and like another magnetic pull you're automatically drawn closer to this beautiful silvery cosmic moon the moon representing the feminine energy and as you get closer and closer to the moon and you're pulled into her being you feel the most loving,

Calm,

Beautiful,

Sensual,

Sensitive energy enveloping you and in a sense putting out that fire just a little so it integrates into your body and so you may sleep well tonight so now imagine that you are this beautiful green energy filled with golden sparkly sun energy and now the silver of the moon is filling you up as well into every single cell feel the love in your heart feel the forgiveness in your heart feel the completion of your heart feel the hardness has now softened or the softened heart now has boundaries where you can feel but with the help of the moon and the sun you can clear it and master this energy of this new way forward living from our heart and not our head we send this loving radiating love to the moon and not our head we send this loving radiated energy out into the whole of the world you may like to look down on planet earth and see the gold and the green and the silver rays,

The aurora,

Aurora rays and reflections encompassing the earth and even the people that aren't aware are affected by these energies of power,

Of love,

Of heart through all our waterways,

To all the animals and plants,

To our minerals and crystals to our loved ones,

Even to our enemies,

As they are going through the shift as well and seeing all these colors reflecting through the atmosphere cleaning up the air,

Cleaning up the water cleaning up the earth igniting the joy and the happiness and the sunshine and the power and the fire within each being on earth reminding ourselves to come together and not be divided come together no matter what nationality,

Creed or religion come together as one with love in our hearts emanating throughout the whole with love in our hearts emanating throughout the whole entire world and galaxy and now it is time to float,

Float,

Float back down feeling so graceful with so much ease,

So much love and relaxation knowing what you need to do in this month till the next full moon or even in the next two weeks ahead between now and the new moon reflecting and contemplating of the seeds you want to sow for the new moon releasing the past,

Bringing in the new as you float down,

Down,

Down back into your circle,

Acknowledging each and every beautiful ancestor there for you acknowledging yourself,

Acknowledging your guide,

Acknowledging the fire walking back from where you came,

Walking into your body,

Into your golden dome of protection bringing you back into the now with a full heart of love and gratitude for it is a blessed time to be alive and we can make the most of every opportunity given to us and if we miss it,

It doesn't matter because there'll be another opportunity tomorrow and with so much love in my heart to yours,
