Pisces Full Moon Meditation - September 2022

A 40min guided meditation for the Pisces full moon of September 2022, an opportunity to be in the rhythm of nature and her cycles.
The Pisces full moon is an opportunity to let go of the old, and create, grow, and sow new seeds into the new moon in two weeks time.

Hi and welcome to another full moon meditation, An opportunity to be in the rhythm of nature and her cycles and full moons are about letting go. So as we open ourselves to let go of what's happened in this month or perhaps even our past and further back what we've been triggered by and be open to surrender which leaves and gives us more room to create and grow and sow new seeds into the new moon in two weeks time. So Pisces being a very sensitive type star sign, Emotional, Are great listeners and love surrounding themselves with passionate high vibe people. So if we take these attributes of the Pisces and take it into our meditation today where the full moon will help us illuminate where there is shadow, Where there may be a glitch in our pathway, Where those triggers are triggering us into lower frequency emotion which is absolutely fine because that's what we're all doing right now is acknowledging and accepting that it's a part of us and then releasing and surrender. So if you are having moments of fear or anger, Frustration, Worrying about the future, Getting hooked into rabbit holes so to speak, This is a great opportunity to pull yourself out into this moment, Into this space and into your heart. So get comfy wherever you are, Sitting, Lying, Perhaps having a bath, Wherever you are it is time to take this time out for yourself to hold the space for yourself to listen to what your body is telling you. Putting your mind aside every time your mind starts to wonder about what's fatigue tomorrow or what happened today or whatever is to gently remind your mind that you are in control and you are taking this meditation for yourself and bringing yourself back into this moment every time it wanders off, The moment of your heart. So take some deep breaths, Relax, Let go of your day, Be so proud of yourself that you've shown up today to do this, To take this time for you, For your body, Your emotion, Your mental and your soul bodies, To integrate all that has been going on and to let go and understand and recognise all that does not serve you anymore. We are creatures of habit, We find it hard to let go and to change but each and every one of us has been called right now to stare our fears in the face one by one clear, Clear and clear. So follow my voice on this journey and as you do the first thing we are going to do is put a beautiful golden orb of protection around us, A sparkly beautiful bubble, A bubble where you are completely protected, That anything from lower frequency, Darkness, Shadow that is not of you cannot penetrate through this bubble. But this bubble is so magical that it has this amazing ability to receive high vibration energy into your bubble and release your own shadow out through this bubble. So know that you are safe and as you just become aware of your body, Acknowledging any of those little aches and pains and just slowly moving your body if you wish to wriggle out those areas in your body where you feel might have a little bit of a block there, Need a little bit of a hand to gently move the energy through your body from tip to toe. And as we move into this meditation starting to relax, Let go of the days, Be in the present moment. We have been guided to walk straight into an evening moonlit night. You have very light clothes on, White light clothes, Bare feet, Fancy free. And you are walking with ease and grace, Pisces is also about grace. It's a beautiful moon shining down on you and underfoot is beautiful green grass, Spongy and soft, No prickles, No twigs, No ants, No insects, Pure, Luxurious spongy grass. Imagine that feeling under your feet. Imagine that the grass in the ground is massaging your feet, Bringing them alive, Sparking them, Connecting them to the earth. And as you walk, Feeling completely protected, Relaxed, Serene, Calm, Stress-free, Knowing that you are looked after, Supported. In the distance, You do see a forest of trees. The trees are illuminated in the full moon energy. You can see your way and you can see a pathway through these trees. You are not afraid of anything because you're in your protected orb, Your bubble. No first animal out there will come near you because your vibe is so high. And as you walk into this forest, Smell the air, The element of earth, Smell the forest air. Does it smell sweet? Does it smell leafy, Flowery, Woody? Allow the aromas to breathe into your body, The aromas of nature, The warm air on your face and your body at the perfect temperature for you. We have the earth element beneath our feet. We have the air breathing in deep into our lungs. And as you're walking in this forest, Feeling safe and full of serenity, This pathway is taking you closer to water. And in the background, You can hear a trickling of water, Like the fairies dancing upon little waves. The water elements diving in and out of this beautiful, Clear, Crystalline, Loving water energy. And the water sounds like music in your ears. Another layer of our beautiful elements. The earth, The air, The water, All part of earth cycles, All part of our cycles. What we can attune to, What we can use to help catapult us into higher frequencies. And as you keep walking through the forest, Feeling the feelings of the forest, The air, The earth under your feet, The water in your ears, There is a clearing, A round circle clearing where the full moon is shining brightly and guiding you to this area. And in this clearing, You see someone lighting a small campfire. You are not afraid. You are fearless. You are being guided. You trust. You trust the process. And as you step forward, One step at a time, Almost gliding now, Feeling the weight lift off you because you are in perfect harmony with the steps of nature and the steps of your soul journey. As you get closer to this figure, You see who it is. It is somebody that you trust completely. Whoever pops into your head, It could be a departed loved one. It could be an angel, A master. It could be, I call them space bros, Our friends from other planets, A creative being perhaps, A guide. Whoever you feel in your heart that has your back, That is there for you unconditionally, Draw them to you now. And as you do draw closer to the fire, There is a nice patch of beautiful lush, Mossy green grass for you to lie on. But before you do, Acknowledge this beautiful being. Close your eyes and feel like you have known them forever. This guide is going to watch over you as you lie down by this fire, Feeling the warmth on your cheeks, Feeling the warmth through your white cloth. The four elements of the earth, The earth, The air, The water and the fire swirling together as one. Back to simplicity, Back to nature, Back to the cycles being in unity and harmony with nature. And as you lie down, This beautiful grass comforts every curve in your body like a sponge, Perfect bed for you. And as you relax into this mode with your beautiful guide watching over you, Stoking the fire, Warming some water, Some sweet tea for you for afterwards, Relax into a meditative state, Bringing your thoughts gently back into this scene, This scenario where your thoughts are wandering off, Come back gently. Beneath your back or underneath your body, You feel the warmth of mother earth and from her golden beating heart in the center of the earth, She starts rising her energy like a ribbon of golden lush energy towards you, Finding you because she knows who you are, She knows you reside on her and she loves you unconditionally. As her energy draws up towards you, Feel these golden ribbons from one ribbon separating into seven ribbons at first and plugging into your chakras, Your base, The base of your spine, Sacral below your belly button, Solar plexus below your belly button, Heart, Center of your chest, Throat, Third eye and crown. And she goes beyond that and plugs into the chakras in between these chakras, Our intercosta chakras and also our 12 chakras, The extra five below your feet, Your higher heart, Your core soul just behind the top of your head, Your soul star above your head and your stellar gateway. All these beautiful chakras with the golden ribbons plugged into all of these, You are being lit up, You are being completely grounded and saturated in earth's love for you, Completely supported, Filled with beauty like the reflection of the beauty and the goodness in mother earth, Filled with compassion, Filled with holding the space for you because you are so precious and so unique and all that she asks of you is that you love yourself. Love, Love, Love is the key. Love and light overcomes any darkness and fear 100%. So imagine from your chakras, Every cell in your body is being lit up by this golden energy that holds you and caresses you like a mother does. Holding you as you realize you have still deep hurts and wounds to be healed, Opening yourself and letting yourself go under this Pisces, Gentle, Healing, Loving full moon. And on that note, Let's focus now on that silvery full moon high in the sky, So bright, Almost like daylight. You can see the shadows of the trees. You may even see little eyes looking at you, But they are friendly like owls. You may hear the sounds of the forest, But you are unafraid. And as you look up towards the moon, The goddess energy of the moon, Imagine her rays are coming down, Down, Down like a shower of silver and sparkly energy, Falling from the sky, Infused with the ancient wisdoms of the Galactics, The universes infused with knowledge and gifts for us to tap into, Unlocking us like a big key turning, Opening us to new ideas, New inspirations as we let go of all of the old that is unnecessary now. And as these rays fall closer and closer to you, These silvery rays first plug into your seven chakras, Spinning your chakras in perfect harmony with bright, Bright color, And then into the chakras in between your chakras, Your intercostal chakras, And then the 12, The rest of the five extra chakras. So from beneath and above, It is heaven being brought to earth, Earth being brought to heaven as you lay in the center of this lay line, Being the conduit of energy, Not just for yourself, But for the whole planet. Being so grateful that we are alive to witness this amazing, Great change in our history, Where the light overcomes the dark, Where we bring peace to earth, One by one, Healing ourselves, Heals the planet, Healing ourselves, Heals the others, Healing ourselves, Heals the world. And the first and the utmost is to love every inch of our body. And as you align there completely plugged in, But feeling so energetic and alive and full of love, Allow your intuition to be turned on. Ask yourself in this moment, What do you need in your life right now? What does your heart desire? Are the people in your life aligning to your heart? Is your job, Your home, Your surroundings aligning to your heart? The answer is no. Do not discard it, Acknowledge it. Even if it's the hardest thing to face, You are in a safe place and you may surrender. When we surrender to the universe, It means that we are acknowledging a part of our life that doesn't really fit well anymore. And then it is a matter of putting ourselves aside and allowing the universe to bring forward the steps for us to take and for us to have the courage to take one baby step at a time, One brave step so that eventually we can close that door and open ourselves to the new. How does your heart feel in this space? How does your body feel in this space? Feel your body being nurtured, Loved, Completely and utterly accepted for where you are right now. No right, No wrong, It just is. We are now also being called to step up, To quicken our let go process. The timelines have split, Which world do you want to belong in? Do you want to continue in a world of drama, Karma, Scarcity, Fear, Anger, Aloneness? Or do you choose a world of community, Earth cycles, Back to basics, Simplicity, Heartfelt connections, Joy, Dance, Music, Fun, Happiness, Love? If it is the latter, So be it. Think it, Feel it, Be it, No matter what your circumstances are right now. As the things, As the world is quickening, It is becoming easier and easier to shed the old. We just have to want it and allow it and work with the synchronicities of this magical time we live in. As you are lying there releasing and also receiving the beautiful gifts of the earth and the universe, Heaven on earth, Imagine that you are lying there on a crystalline grid lay line and your line is going around in a circular motion completely around the earth. And imagine every other person that is listening to this meditation is doing the same and you are forming this most magnificent grid of high vibrational crystalline pure silver gold energy. See all these lines tracing around the earth coming from the conduits, The bearers of energy bringing the energy into the earth, Gritting mother earth. And imagine things becoming easier for all. And imagine that this new earth is breaking away from the old tired dogma type earth. Imagine this earth as you lie on her lay line is lifting away from the drama and trauma as we find everything in ourselves forgiving others, Forgiving ourselves, Loving others, Loving ourselves, Caring for others, Caring for ourselves, Being non-judgmental to others, Being non-judgmental to ourselves, Feeling compassion and empathy for ourselves as we lift off and this earth becomes lighter and lighter and lighter as she spins into a golden silver ball of energy. And imagine from the old earth to the new earth is a rainbow bridge and the door to the new earth is always open, We are not leaving loved ones and friends behind. When they are ready our arms are open and we welcome them in with no judgment. Imagine one by one people walking over the golden bridge to the new earth that we've all created together, Walking into the silver gold energy of pure love. This is such a powerful activation for all. You can stay here as long as you like but if you are ready to come back here is the process. The earth's energy and the heavens energy from the moon is unplugging your chakras one by one. The vibration in your body stays high and as you come to you are lying on that beautiful spongy grass bed and as you sit up you feel the love in your heart as your guide passes you cup beautiful nurturing liquid. As you sip it you feel it going down through your body listening to your body feeling every cell of your body knowing what your body needs to feel loved and nurtured. Sit here for as long as you like with your guide. When you are ready you can start walking back through the forest giving your guide a hug and thanking them for being with you.
