Earthy Taurus Full Moon In November 2025

Welcome to this Full Moon in Taurus — a time to slow down, reconnect with the Earth beneath you, and find peace in the simple, steady rhythm of being. Under this grounded moon, we’re invited to release the noise of striving and return to what’s real: the body, the senses, the present moment.

As you breathe deeply, imagine the calm strength of the Earth supporting you — solid, patient, and enduring. Let this moonlight remind you that growth doesn’t always come from movement or change, but from deep roots and quiet trust in your own natural timing.

Welcome,

Welcome to a full moon in Taurus for the month of November 2025.

And thank you for those who attended my first live on Insight Timer for the portal of Halloween.

I will be doing another live on the new moon in November.

So as you're getting yourself nice and comfy,

Loosened clothes in a beautiful atmosphere where you can relax and be mindful and come into this present moment.

I just want to talk a little bit about the energy of Taurus.

So this energy is very earthy.

It's very loyal,

Steadfast and full of practicality.

It does require us to have patience.

We are reliable,

But also materialistic.

So if any of those words are coming up for you today,

Put your focus here.

Maybe it's something that you want to be more of,

Say like patience or loyal.

Or maybe you understand that you're living in a materialistic world and you want to make steps towards change.

Or sometimes you're not very practical and you want to be more steadfast.

So just feel into this whole full moon energy and what it means to you.

The world is still playing out the big dramas and chaos all around us.

And it is for us to stay on our own journey,

On our own pathway,

Realizing that we are being taught at this present time discernment.

There are so many untruths going on out there.

We are pulled from this and that and her and him and she and he and all of the above.

And it can confuse us and deflate us and bring us into total despair with hopelessness.

But allow this meditation to renew your faith,

Renew your hope,

Because you were born to be here at this time.

You are a divine spark of creation of the universe.

You are here not to suffer anymore,

But to open yourself to creativity,

To expression,

To freedom,

To wellness,

To joy,

Sensuality and good hearted relationships.

This is also what Taurus is about.

So take some deep breaths.

And just start letting go of what you've been doing throughout your day.

What you're going to be doing throughout your day after this.

Breathing into your body.

Breathing into the areas that you know feel heavy or blocked or in pain or tightness and stiffness.

Acknowledging these areas in your body and sending lots of love.

Scanning your body from head to toe.

Loosening your jaw and your tongue.

Rotating your neck and your shoulders if need be.

Feeling into your stomach,

Your digestive system.

And today's theme is going to be around orange.

The orange chakra,

The sacral chakra beneath your belly button.

Where we hold on for dear life.

Where we find it hard to let go through our kidneys.

Where we are not sure of the relationship with ourselves and with the ones in our lives.

Imagine from your feet a beautiful golden thread.

A thread perhaps wrapped around both of your feet or coming from the soles of your feet.

And coming down and joining together as one thread going deep down into the earth.

Going down,

Down,

Down.

As your breathing slows down and becomes more in rhythm with the earth.

This golden thread is making its way to the beautiful golden heart in the centre of the earth.

Mother Gaia's beating heart.

And you wrap this thread around her heart.

You become in sync with her.

You become one.

Feel her wrap her arms around you.

Feel the love,

The support,

The nurturing,

The nourishment,

The caring that you so deserve.

You are fully grounded.

And now imagine your crown.

Your crown chakra opening up at the very top of your skull.

And these beautiful heavenly crystalline energies are cascading down,

Down,

Down.

Sparkly wisdoms,

Ancient wisdoms,

Sparkly knowledge,

The answers to all that you need right now.

The healing energies,

The potent crystalline new age energy in a sense.

Pouring down for you.

Because the universe loves you,

Watches over you,

Guides you.

Through guides,

Angels,

Masters,

Galactics,

Whoever you believe in.

Unity consciousness,

God-like consciousness,

Creation is pouring down now into your body.

Filling these ailments that you thought of before.

Where there is dis-ease in your body.

Filling you with this beautiful potent healing energy.

And as you are now relaxing more and more into this moment.

We are welcoming in the energy and the element of the air,

Of the fire,

The element of water,

And the element of earth.

The focus today,

The taurus,

Taurine,

Earthly sign.

And imagine you are lying on the earth,

On some beautiful,

Beautiful,

Fresh green grass.

Perfect temperature,

Feeling into the love in your heart.

Letting go of all that is going on in your world in this moment.

Imagine you are wearing a beautiful white cloth.

Releasing all other colours from your psyche.

The pureness of white,

Which in fact is actually all colours spun together.

Feel the lightness of the cloth.

Feel the lightness of you as you let go of your worries,

Your stresses,

And all that's going on.

And imagine as you are feeling comfortable in this state of being,

That where you are lying is starting to sink.

Just this patch that you are lying on is sinking a little bit further and a little bit further into more of the earth.

But you are safe.

You are protected.

You are loved and nurtured as this piece of the land is sinking deeper and deeper and deeper into the earth.

And as you are sinking,

You are in total trust.

The green that you are lying on represents the trust and the harmony placed in your heart,

In your heart chakra right now.

And as you are going deeper down into the earth,

The opening above is closing over slightly.

But there is enough room there now for the moon to shine her beautiful glory as you go down,

Down,

Down.

Like a spotlight on you,

This beautiful Taurus moon keeping her eye on you,

Watching over you,

Illuminating you in your white,

Beautiful glory.

And as you become more attuned and aware to the darkness around you,

You are feeling at ease and totally loved and supported right now.

We're going down,

Down,

Down into the depths of the darkness,

But also knowing that that beautiful moon spotlight is also on you.

Until you gently hit the floor,

Looking all the way up and the moon is like hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of kilometers away.

But she's still shining down on you like a dim light in the night.

And you are encouraged now to stand up as there is a guide waiting for you.

Someone familiar to you,

Perhaps a departed loved one.

Perhaps your higher self.

Someone that you feel love,

True love with.

It could be an angel,

A master,

A galactic.

They are here for you and they are guiding you through some tunnels of the earth.

You don't know where you are headed,

But you completely have let go of all control.

Intuitively being guided,

Intuitively knowing that you are safe and very,

Very OK.

And through these tunnels you go with your goal guide holding a lantern of light.

Pivoting here,

There and everywhere.

The unknown actually could trigger you or bug you.

Or the darkness could.

Or the claustrophobic feelings that may be arising,

The anxiousness.

But release it as you walk with your guide.

Know that you are OK,

That you trust this person with your life.

Or the spirit,

I mean,

Of whatever sorts has come to you.

Smell the earthy smells.

Feel the coolness on your skin.

You cannot see much,

But you can sense.

And as you're walking through these corridors,

It is an opportunity to understand the corridors within yourself a little bit more.

The hidden aspects of you.

The hidden aspects that may be connected to relationships going on in your life right now.

Do they feel harmonised?

Are they full of joy?

Are they full of heartfelt connection?

Calmness,

Happiness,

Friendliness,

Respect and honour.

And if they are not,

Recognise this within yourself.

Recognise the triggers or the feelings that come up for you when you think of each individual person that is in your life right now.

Go through each relationship,

Whether you are on your own or not.

There are always people in our lives,

Whether that is work,

Whether that is children or parents,

Brothers and sisters.

Lover,

Divorcee,

Partner.

Friendships.

If they feel okay with you,

That is really good work on your behalf.

You have obviously been doing self-healing for a long time.

If there is something slight there with one or two or more,

That's okay too.

And if there is a huge trigger going on with somebody in your life,

Even that is okay because you are in this beautiful safe place to release it.

And even look at relationships that are connected to social media or the news or the TV or to Netflix or what other channels that you watch.

And recognise what you are feeding your body.

And really there is only two choices.

Everything stems from love or everything stems from fear.

If it is low vibrational energy that you are feeding yourself,

Then this is an opportunity to acknowledge it.

Also feel into the relationship with yourself.

The most important relationship in the whole entire world.

Can you look in the mirror and say I love you?

When you are given a compliment,

Can you say thank you?

Do you put yourself first when it comes to helping everybody else?

Do you have me time?

Sacred self-care time?

Times out from everyone else?

Are you sleeping enough?

Eating the right foods?

Drinking good beverages?

Be truly open and honest with yourself because this meditation can help clear on an energetic level with ease and grace.

It is time now to move on from here.

If you need more time,

Perhaps just pause.

So your guide now is walking you through the last corridor.

In low and before you,

You step into this most beautiful cave of fireflies,

Lights,

Lanterns,

Exquisite sparkling cave walls.

All around you are beautiful,

Beautiful crystals.

All in the colour of orange.

Big ones,

Small ones,

Jagged ones,

You name it.

There is citrine,

Orange selenite,

Goldstone,

Tangerine quartz,

Amber,

Sunstone,

Carnelian,

Orange calcite to name a few.

All glittering and glistening back at you.

It is an absolute,

The most amazing,

Beautiful sight with those little flickering fireflies for light and little candles everywhere.

It feels like that you are in this cave of pleasure,

Sensuality and luxury.

And in the centre of the cave is this beautiful healing table made of crystals,

A massive slab of crystals.

And before you are invited to get on,

Take a look around the room.

And go and choose a crystal just for you that you can take away with you as a gift.

If you do not know your crystals,

Maybe one of those words that I've just said jumps out at you.

Choose your crystal and now be helped up onto the healing table by your guide.

Lie down and even though it is a hard crystal bed,

It is warm and inviting.

And your whole body seems to curve into this bed like it was made for you.

Place this crystal on your orange sacral chakra below your belly button.

Notice what type of crystal you did choose,

Whether it was large or small,

Round or otherwise.

Perhaps it is too big to place on your stomach,

So pop it beside you.

And as you close your eyes and become more adjusted to this most magnificent,

Energetic cave that you find yourself in,

You are now from your chakra releasing all of those people,

Circumstances,

Experiences that you have felt with them.

Without having to go into the traumas we are releasing,

Open your arms and surrender.

Allow the divine energy to take any discord away for you.

Any heaviness,

Any burdens,

Responsibility.

Even those subtle ones like not knowing what to do with certain people in your life,

Not being able to speak out or voice your truth or opinion,

Being afraid to hurt somebody else's feelings,

Being very sensitive or an empath on what other people say to you,

Release it all today under the energy of the full moon.

Allow this earthly cave to take away all your troubles,

Your pains and your worries.

And as you feel this whole cave working for you,

For the betterment of you,

For your own healing,

For your highest good and the good of all,

Imagine the crystal you have chosen is really resonating with this chakra.

And pouring this chakra full of this divine,

Beautiful energy,

Replenishing you,

Filling your cup.

Imagine this liquid orange,

Golden colour filling this chakra.

And filling all your chakras to capacity.

And this beautiful,

Beautiful crystal is bringing in the Taurus expressions.

It is filling your pleasure centre.

It is giving you permission to experience joy.

This is where our joy comes from.

Your sensuality,

Whether you are female or male.

Your creative expression starts here.

This is where our well-being stems from.

Our freedom of expression.

Being free to be yourself.

Being free to express any way that aligns with your true authenticity and integrity.

Imagine your whole body is being filled and pouring now out into your aura.

Feel into this amazing divinity.

If you cannot quite feel it because maybe your heart is blocked,

Imagine what it is going to feel like in your future.

Imagine how you will feel when you release the old that does not work for you anymore.

As painful as that may be moving forward,

You owe it to yourself to be of total transparency.

To be your own truth.

To be your own God or Goddess.

As you enjoy the tranquillity of what this cave has to offer you today,

Imagine all the other people on this call are in their own deep,

Beautiful caves in the earth.

And through the tunnels and the walkways and the holes and the crevices,

This beautiful orange energy is seeping through the whole base of the earth wherever you are,

Wherever your fellow men are.

You are connecting the energies and creating a beautiful,

Sacred,

Orange grid line.

This grid line holds the power,

The right power,

The true power,

The empowerment of what we can do when we connect together.

And imagine together we are raising this beautiful orange ray.

Raising it,

Rising it,

Rising it,

Rising it.

And you are rising with this orange energy.

Filling the earth with this beautiful energy.

Filling your own relationship with the earth.

Your connection.

She loves you.

She allows you to reside on her.

She feeds you.

She nourishes you.

Let's just give gratitude and thanks for that.

Imagine this orange colour is now seeping into our waterways and our oceans,

Our bores,

Our crevices,

Our dams,

Our lakes.

Imagine this rich,

Rich,

Beautiful orange energy.

Changing the colour of the earth.

Turning it into the most beautiful,

Fiery sun ball.

And every single person that drinks,

Including plants and animals,

Benefits from these healing powers.

Even our leaders.

Even our enemies.

Even the separations that we have created.

It is all coming together in divinity in this beautiful glow of orange.

This grid that is spread out around the whole entire world.

And put out this beautiful orange energy that represents freedom,

Creativity,

Sensuality,

Heartfelt relationships,

Even patience and tolerance.

With so much love,

Put it out to your loved ones.

Out to people that you know need this energy right now.

For joy,

For happiness,

For healing.

Allowing this energy to prop up our fellow man.

To fill their hearts with that love and joy.

And so that then they may go forth and spread it like a chain reaction.

If you have any other intentions for this gorgeous,

Light,

Liquid energy,

Send it out now.

And as you do this,

You find yourself now on the surface of the earth.

Back on your green patch of grass.

Lying under that beautiful full moon.

And we give so much gratitude for what we do have in our lives right now.

Yes,

It is a hard time to live on planet earth right now.

But it is also an easier time that we can tap into these energies like no other time before.

And we focus on our cup being filled.

A full cup of love,

Joy,

Peace and happiness.

Imagine now just coming back into your own physical vessel.

Wriggling your fingers and toes.

Knowing that you've just done a beautiful service to and for humanity,

For the world,

Especially for yourself.

You may like to go and journal some of this.

Drink some water.

Reminisce.

And also remember the ones in your life that aren't quite aligning anymore.

We are so better to be truthful and honest with ourselves.
