Closing down the eyes,

Starting to get comfortable here,

Whatever that means to you.

Taking a few deep breaths,

A few moments to arrive.

Welcome your whole self,

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

Being as you are,

Fully and completely.

All of the baggage,

All of the unhealed parts of you,

All of the thoughts,

All of the questions.

Welcome each and every part as they are,

Especially the heart.

Take your hands and place them over your heart center and check in with yourself here just to see how your heart is feeling right now in this moment.

Feeling the energy surrounding it,

Breathe into your heart.

Inhale deeply,

Exhale slowly.

Imagine a bright green energy surrounding your heart.

Acknowledge thoughts and feelings within your heart chakra,

Breathe,

Relax and let go.

Imagine you are sitting under the full moon by the sea.

It's dark outside,

You're sitting in the soft sand,

You can feel the cool ocean air breeze and you can hear the gentle sound of the waves crashing and right before you,

You can see the full moon as it is glowing so brightly right in front of you and as you are sitting there,

You notice the silver liquid light pouring down from the moon onto your heart chakra and crown chakra and third eye and as this beautiful river of light enters your crown,

You can feel your forehead relax and the light turns into a beautiful violet.

You take a deep breath,

Cleansing and letting go,

Letting go of any stress that may be holding you back in any capacity.

Spend a moment here,

Moving this energy throughout the body and allowing it to travel where it wants to go,

Where it needs to go.

Basking in this light from the moon,

Breathing gently and slowly in and out through the nose and finally allowing this energy to rest around your heart and slowly bring your attention to there,

To that space and as we tune into our heart energy,

Go outside for a moment and just see how you are showing love in an external situation,

In personal situations and most importantly,

How you are showing love to yourself and as you tune in,

Think of a situation in your life where you may feel stuck,

Where you feel a challenge or even something that may be bringing you down right now in this moment or any area of concern or trouble.

Ask yourself here and just see what comes in.

Now here,

Let's take a deep breath in through the nose together and on your exhale,

Slowly release the pain in this situation,

Everything that is out of our control,

Try to put it out of your mind and send kind thoughts and energy there instead,

Just like a band-aid to the heart.

Let's take a walk on this path with good energies and good thoughts,

Opening our minds,

Opening our thoughts by accepting,

Acknowledging,

Healing with kindness and love and silently say to yourself,

I can feel the shift towards peace,

I can feel the shift towards peace,

I can feel a shift towards peace.

Tuning back into the energy of the heart and tuning into a person that we love and where we are looking to release something,

Maybe it's pain,

Misunderstanding,

A lack of patience or respect,

Connect with your heart and see what is coming in and ask yourself what you need to release here,

Ask yourself and allow this release to happen throughout the body.

If you feel emotional or you feel like moving in any physical way,

Do as your body calls,

Always listening and honoring ourselves and try to let go of that pain,

Trauma and sadness,

Let it go,

Taking a deep breath in together through the nose and exhaling slowly through the mouth and sending love and kindness to this loved one with the purest intentions,

Opening your heart,

Accepting the situation and acknowledging I am at peace,

I am at peace.

Tuning into yourself now and where in your body you are feeling pain,

Whether it's physically,

Emotionally,

Where are you being hard on yourself,

Judging yourself,

Maybe questioning your self-worth,

Ask yourself,

Illuminate that part of you that needs to be healed and pour love and light over it.

Imagine this beautiful moon in front of you and imagine the energy enveloping you with pure love and light and allowing you to release any kind of self-limiting beliefs and thoughts.

You are a magnet that attracts pure love and energy.

Imagine your aura glowing so brightly and say to yourself in this moment,

I am love,

I am enough,

I choose myself.

Going ahead,

Maybe placing both of your palms over your heart center,

Every place in your heart is fed,

Is touched,

Is awakened,

Your whole being is saturated with this divine essence that you just created.

This is your time,

Your intimate relationship with yourself and the universe.

This is your place,

Your connection,

Always present,

Always eternal,

Always infinite.

Feel your body where it is resting,

Feel your body as it is,

Whole and complete.

Taking a big inhale through the nose and releasing it.
