Welcome to your manifestation meditation.
Sitting with your back nice and straight and your feet flat on the floor,
Head pointed up to the sky or ceiling.
Lengthening out through your spine and close your eyes.
Relaxing your entire body,
Body part by body part.
Start to focus in on your breath,
The rise of your stomach with the inhales and the fall of your stomach with the exhales.
Relaxing the top of your head and then focusing on your forehead,
From the front of your head to the back and the middle too.
Moving down to your eyes,
Relaxing everything here,
Your nose,
Below your nose,
Your lips.
Step by step,
Just focusing on each area and relaxing all of the muscles that you can.
Relaxing the jaw,
Letting go of any tension you are holding.
Gently resting your tongue inside your mouth near the back of your throat.
Moving to your both arms at the same time,
Your legs,
Relaxing your entire feet from the top near your ankle all the way down to your toes.
And then scanning your entire body down and up and back down again,
Relaxing any tension areas.
Any areas where you are holding on to some kind of emotion or stress,
Just relax yourself completely.
Gentle inhales and exhales through the nose,
Letting go of any expectations,
Focusing your attention on the sensation of the breath as it comes in and out of your nostrils.
What do you feel?
What do you notice?
Breathing in and out normally with your natural pace,
But focus your mind with alertness on all of the sensations you feel as the breath comes in and out.
And here,
Repeating silently to yourself in your mind's eye,
My heart is open.
I open my heart.
I am good.
I do good.
And I am loved.
I am worthy.
I am cared for.
I love myself.
I love others.
My heart is open.
I open my heart.
I am good.
I do good.
And I am loved.
I am cared for.
I care for others.
I love myself.
I love others.
Feeling into these phrases,
Allow these phrases to be true to you.
From here,
Just maybe focusing yourself on a particular goal or a dream that you have.
Maybe it's to pursue the career you've always dreamed about.
Maybe it's to fall in love,
To get along better with others.
Whatever you'd like,
Just really think of one particular thing right now that you can manifest and that you would like to bring into your life.
Something that you would like to make a reality and get super specific to yourself on what that may be.
Bring it to the forefront of your attention now with your eyes closed and sitting still in this meditation.
Just imagine what your life would look like if this goal or dream were already accomplished.
What do you see?
What colors?
What shapes?
Where are you?
What are you wearing?
What do you smell?
Who is with you?
Stay with this.
It may be a little difficult at first.
You might only see some shapes or shadings of colors.
But over time and over days and weeks and months,
The details will start to fill out naturally.
See from your eyes as much as you can about what your life would look like once you've manifested this dream.
Hold on to these sensations.
Create a picture in your mind of any and all specifics that you can to envision this coming to your life.
It could be tomorrow.
It could be next week.
It could be in a couple months to a year.
But if you manifest this dream enough and you vision this dream enough,
It will come to you.
Hold this feeling here and stay with it.
Bringing this feeling into every crevice of your body right now with your breath.
The joy and the happiness that this dream could provide you.
Stay with it.
Hold on to it.
On your next inhale,
Slowly bring your palms to your heart center.
Just gently laying your hands over your chest.
Breathing into your hands and the warmth of your palms.
Say to yourself that I am worthy.
I am deserving.
Whatever I can vision,
I can make a reality.
Hold this feeling with you throughout your day and come back to this meditation as much as you can.
Come back to this dream as much as you can.
Hold on to it.
Don't let it go.
Believe in yourself.
