Hi,

And welcome to this sleep meditation where we'll journey into the comfort of nature to find a place of calm suitable for deep rest.

Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Allowing your body to settle into a state of ease.

Close down your eyes and take a deep cleansing breath.

Inhale to expand through the lungs and exhale any lingering tension.

Let's begin by feeling the weight of your body on the surface beneath you.

With each in-breath,

Feel the body expand and on the out-breath,

Feel the body grow heavy,

Dissolving into the surface below.

Each inhale expanding and each exhale melting deeper into the earth below.

Imagine yourself in a serene meadow,

Surrounded by an endless field of vibrant soft flowers.

The air is filled with a sweet fragrance of blooming blossoms.

Picture the colors around you,

Each petal radiating a soothing energy.

As you breathe in,

Imagine inhaling the calming sense of these flowers,

Filling your mind with beauty.

Envision a gentle breeze sweeping through the meadow,

Carrying away any thoughts that may be fluttering in your mind.

Butterflies emerge from their cocoons,

Gently fanning their wings and are gracefully lifted away by the breeze.

Feel a sense of lightness as your mind becomes free of the weight of concerns.

As you stand in the meadow,

There's a radiant sun above you,

Casting a warm golden glow.

Feel the sunlight gently touching your skin,

Bringing a sense of comfort and relaxation.

This warmth permeates through your entire being,

Soothing every thought and allowing your mind to bask in a state of peacefulness.

Imagine a soft flowing river nearby,

Reflecting the clear blue sky.

See your thoughts as small autumn leaves falling down to the water and gently drifting away from the water's surface.

Watch as they effortlessly float downstream,

Leaving your mind clear and unburdened.

Allow your imagination to take you higher,

High beyond the clouds.

You're floating weightlessly among the clouds and there's a sense of softness and coolness beneath you.

You gaze into the vastness of the sky and your thoughts transform into clouds,

Slowly dissipating into the expansive blue.

You continue to drift higher,

Entering the quiet expanse of outer space.

All around you,

You're surrounded by millions of twinkling stars.

Each star is a spark of passion,

A spark of brilliance within you.

As you notice these stars twinkling in the distance,

A sense of peace settles deep within you.

You continue floating in space,

Sensing a cosmic stillness enveloping you.

Your mind is weightless,

Untethered from earthly concerns and you gently descend into a peaceful slumber,

Like a shooting star gracefully streaking across the night sky.

Allow yourself to linger in the serenity and calmness that surrounds you as you drift further and further into a deep,

Restful sleep.
