Namaste everybody. Welcome to In The Flow with Lori Albert. So today continues several days of healing. Healing for the planet. Healing for ourselves. Don't you think we need that right now? Yeah? So I'm gonna start right out with burning some sage. Burning sage actually if you go through an entire room you can sort of get rid of the stagnant energy right? You know how like especially in the wintertime you keep your doors and everything closed right? Well if you burn sage and open up one of the doors it kind of gets rid of that stagnant energy. Aside from the fact that it also helps to transmute negative energy into positive energy right? And I've talked about this a million times already of course but you know what with everything that's been going on lately I feel like that we are in need of a deep cleansing and this is one of the ways to help to do that right? So this is my sage and it's burning and if you can't see it obviously and I've got my eagle feather and now I will say the prayer that I learned from John Edward the medium and I love this prayer because it's like all-encompassing right? So okay so what we're gonna say is and I'm basically I'm saging you right now I'm saging you I break up and release all stagnant and negative energy from this space may peace light and divine love protect us and be ever present and then of course I I sage everyone but I also sage myself because we can't forget we can't forget ourselves so there you go we are set to go and then after you sage your place your space you can just let it sit and just let it burn and and just take in what it's doing to the energy in your room right or wherever you are right okay that's great so dealing with that today all right and continuing on with our few days of divine healing I want to talk about I want to introduce you to if you're not familiar with Archangel Raphael Archangel Raphael helps to heal but what's great about Archangel Raphael is that it's not just about you know like healing your body but it is it's about healing your body but it's also about healing your mind healing the earth healing each other healing mankind and when we consider the healing that needs to be done especially right now when we consider the healing that needs to be done calling on Archangel Raphael can absolutely change the way change the way that we that way that we are viewing things right so if we call on Archangel Raphael we can become a little bit more loving towards each other loving towards the planet loving towards ourselves when we become more compassionate to ourselves we become more compassionate to the world and that leads to that leads to abundance that leads to joy and that leads to just a better life you know so it starts within us and that's why I love I always call in Archangel Raphael along with Archangel Michael I always call in Archangel Raphael because as well because um we can never get enough healing there's always something to be healed of right and I don't necessarily mean bodily I mean I do mean that right but I also mean I also mean our our our hearts and our heads our minds so we are going to do today I'm going to read a prayer that I found and and then we are going to meditate together and just lift each other up because that's what it's that's what it's about lifting each other up right okay so let's get ourselves comfortable yep today you know I was saying before I like to sometimes I sit with my feet flat on the floor bare feet because you know it helps ground but today today feels like a cross like a day and you know what there is no right there is no wrong and that's what is so amazing so okay so let's get ourselves comfortable let your eyes float closed very good let's take a nice beautiful deep really deep breath in through your nose and hold it just for a second and release it beautiful when we take those few seconds just to inhale inhale beautiful oxygen the oxygen that keeps us alive we begin to appreciate what mother earth provides for us right so let's take one more deep breath in saying thank you to mother earth and release it thank you mother earth and now the prayer that I found Reverend Maria from the Universal Ministry of Divine Love created this prayer and it's just so beautiful in the name of the infinite light residing in the heart of Archangel Michael Archangel Raphael I pray that the healing flame be released upon all living beings on earth this day let the cosmic waves of the mighty green ray of beloved Archangel Raphael cover the entire planet and her people and bless everyone with the miracles of healing abundance vision and holy truth our mantra today is today I sit in the white light of love and healing today I sit in the white light of love and healing today I sit in the white light of love and healing can repeat that to yourself today I sit in the white light of love and healing you. . . . . . . . . . . . .
