If it feels safe for you,
Gently close your eyes.
Notice your body as it is right now,
Without changing anything.
Maybe there is restlessness,
Maybe heaviness,
Maybe an emotional wave moving through you.
You don't have to fix anything.
Start by bringing your attention to your feet.
Even if you're sitting or lying down,
Feel the contact with the ground beneath you.
The ground is holding you.
No matter how intense your inner world feels.
Allow your exhale to become slightly longer,
Just a little.
Now bring your awareness to your chest.
Do not improve anything,
Just notice.
What is here right now?
Tightness,
Pressure,
Warmth,
Numbness?
Everything is allowed.
If it feels supportive,
Place one hand onto your heart.
Softly say to yourself,
I am allowed to feel.
And take a breath.
Softly say to yourself,
This too belongs.
Inhale and exhale slowly.
Now bring your attention back to your feet.
Feel the connection to the ground.
Maybe gently press your feet down just 1% more.
Not forceful,
Just enough for your body to register.
I am here.
Let your pelvis become slightly heavier.
Remember,
You can be emotionally activated and still supported at the same time.
Emotion is movement and you are the space in which it moves.
Take another slow and deep breath.
Now without pushing anything away,
Invite a tiny shift.
Straighten yourself internally by just 1%.
One millimeter.
Let your chest become one millimeter wider.
Not big,
Not dramatic.
Just enough to remember who you are.
Just enough to feel you are here.
Notice how your presence changes when your heart has a little more space.
You do not need to always be calm to shine.
Radiance isn't perfection.
It is connection.
Now breathe into that small expansion you have created for yourself.
And now gently repeat,
Silently or softly,
I am allowed to feel and still shine.
My intensity is not a weakness,
It is light.
And once more,
I stay with myself.
Feel your body,
Your feet,
Your heart,
Your subtle upright posture.
This is radiance.
It's not the absence of storm,
But your presence within it.
Take one final conscious inhale.
And a slow grounding exhale.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
