Take some deep breaths,
Put your hand on your heart,
Feel the air move through your nostrils down into your belly,
Filling your lungs,
Pull it right down to your root chakra,
The air and let it all out.
This is your time.
Let's ground ourselves into beautiful Mother Nature.
So from your root chakra I want you to imagine a beautiful red ribbon diving down through the earth's surface,
Down through all the layers of the earth's crust into the core.
I want you to tie that ribbon around the earth core and then bring it back up through your root chakra,
Up through your sacral and your solar and your heart and your throat and your third eye and your crown.
Then I want you to picture some beautiful golden light,
Heavenly golden light,
Golden light that your guides,
The universe,
Relatives that have passed over,
Angels,
They are holding for you and sending down to you,
Down through your crown chakra,
Down through your third eye,
Your throat,
Your heart,
Your solar,
Your sacral and your root chakra.
So you are perfectly poised between heaven and earth,
You are in this place of timelessness suspended here where you get to talk to your soul.
I want you to see the movie in your mind that 2020 has been for you and globally for the world.
I want you to take a deep breath and I want you to imagine the globe,
The word globe in front of you and I want you to shine your heart light onto that globe knowing that you have love inside of you,
Knowing that it is your choice to let go of all of the challenges that have happened this year,
The situations you've faced,
The experiences that you've lived through,
The fear that you have felt.
I want you to keep your hand on your heart and know that you are safe.
If you need to cry,
Let those tears fall,
There is no judgement here.
This is about releasing all of the energy,
All of the confusion,
All of the fear,
All of the sadness and loss and grief that we have felt this year.
Let it all go.
You can feel it sinking into the earth,
Rising up to that golden light,
No longer a part of you but feeding the consciousness because good always comes and we are evolution,
We are living,
We are living through evolution.
Now I want you to imagine this beautiful golden magnetic ribbon from your chakra all the way up to your crown in the centre of you.
If you need to move your hips,
I want you to move your hips.
I want you to feel the energy that this golden magnetic ribbon gives to you and I want you to imagine all of the possibilities that you can bring into your life in 2021.
The people that you will meet,
The conversations that you are going to have,
The new beliefs that you are going to embrace about yourself,
The light that you can shine to the world.
You are going to magnetize people to you,
People who are going to help you,
People who are going to grow you,
People who are going to love you.
I want you to feel into that space and feel your value.
Watch all of these things moving towards you like a magnet slowly attracting everything that you need to you with ease,
With grace just by switching this light on inside of you.
Breathe it in,
Lock it into your body,
Lock it into your psyche.
You get to decide,
You get to be the power.
What are you going to create in 2021?
How are you going to be in 2021?
What does your body feel like?
What's your home like?
How are your family relationships?
This is all love.
This beautiful magic of opportunity and invitation and possibility is yours.
Once you have danced in this magic of creation and spoken to your higher self about what's coming for you and what you do,
Bring awareness to your feet,
Wiggle your toes,
Move your shoulders,
Feel the wind on your arms,
Feel the skin on your face,
The tip of your nose,
Bring yourself back into your body.
Take a deep breath and know how valuable you are to be here on this earth.
You are here for a reason.
You are needed.
