This Mindful Parenting Mantra is designed to honor you as a parent as well the relationship you have with your child. At times parenting can be challenging and this short meditation is a helpful tool to have either as an SOS tool or merely as daily reminder to honor your role as parent. This mantra calls to your higher self guiding you with the wisdom of compassion and loving-kindness. The mantra is divided into 3 separate mantra’s honoring the "I" as the parent, the "You" as your child; and the "We" as the divine bond between parent and child. The mantra is repeated 9 times to penetrate our mind, body and soul.

This is a deceptively powerful and lyrical piece of music. I listened to it during my morning meditation this morning and really enjoyed it. But then the real test came when I was trying to get my fussy toddler down for a nap. I played it for him, and sang it to him, and he quieted down and paid attention. So in that way, it was a miracle song! I think this will be part of our regular routine. Thank you! I smiled after I got him down to bed. And I was Definitely filled with more lovingkindness after singing it to him!

Beautiful, and powerful in its brevity! Perfect for those times when you're short on patience and time, and need a break and encouragement to stay present and peaceful.

Wow! Thank you! I am about to go on a trip where I will encounter some very difficult people. The last time I saw them, I did a loving kindness meditation for them each day. On this trip, I will play this in the morning so that it is my ear worm for the day and it will help me get through it so much more easily! What a great idea - I've heard this meditation done over and over

I have a tough time with my 9 y/o; a spirited child since he was born. He is easily frazzled by things out of his control. I want to come from a loving space but not always easy. This is a great reminder to choose love with kind and calm words. This song reminds me not to internalize and take it as my fault as a parent. Feeling guilty sometimes sabotages my reaction. If I can step outside my self and view it as an outsider, kind a like a sweet nanny, then I can respond with loving kindness. Thank you for this song; a reminder to Choose Love. 💕

Thank you so much for this beautiful mantra. I only have my kids with me 50% of the time and was finding it challenging when they came home as the crashed into my little bubble of peace. Tgis helps me transition and be much more present for them when they are with me. Thank you 🌻
