Begin by finding a comfortable seat,
Adjusting your back and shoulders as you need to,
Rolling your head from side to side until you can find a comfortable position,
Maintaining an upright but relaxed position.
Gently close your eyes.
And then when you're ready,
Take a couple of deep cleansing breaths.
With your inhale,
Bringing all your energy back into your body.
And with your exhale,
Releasing any tension or holding in your body.
And again with your inhale,
Bringing your attention back into your body,
Bringing your thoughts back into the present moment.
And with your exhale,
Releasing any worrying,
Any doubt,
Any confusion.
And now with your next exhale,
Imagine growing roots from the bottom of your feet,
Allowing those roots to extend down through the bottom of your feet into the core of the earth.
And with the next couple of exhales,
Imagine those roots growing deeper.
Imagine them growing stronger and thicker.
Imagine them growing wider and more stable,
Allowing those roots to grow deep into the core of the earth.
And now with your next inhale,
Imagine drawing up the support of Mother Earth through the roots into the bottom of your feet,
Up through your shins and your thighs,
Pulling all of that grounding energy from Mother Earth up into your root chakra.
Imagine your root chakra at the base of your spine spinning in a red orb,
Allowing it to open,
Feeling grounded and secure here on Mother Earth.
With your next inhale,
Again drawing up the energy from Mother Earth,
The unconditional support all the way up through the bottom of your feet,
Bringing the energy up through your calves and thighs,
Bringing the energy up through your root chakra into your sacral chakra.
Imagine now your sacral chakra in your lower abdomen opening up,
Spinning clockwise in an orange orb.
And one more time with your inhale,
Imagining again,
Bringing up that grounding force of Mother Earth,
Pulling it up through your roots into the bottom of your feet,
Bringing that energy up again through your calves and your thighs,
Bringing it up through your root chakra and sacral chakra,
Pulling that energy up now,
Up through your spine and bringing it to your solar plexus.
Imagining your solar plexus in the hollow right below your rib cage,
Opening up and spinning in a vibrant bright yellow.
Your solar plexus is the power center of who you are.
It is the seat of the I Am that you are.
Imagining all of that energy radiating through your body.
And now bringing your attention up to the top of your head,
Up to your crown chakra,
Allowing it to open wide at the very crown of your head.
And as it opens up now,
Imagine coming down from the heavens,
The silvery,
Shimmery energy,
Allowing that energy to come down and enter through your crown chakra.
Imagining that divine love and unconditional support radiating down through your crown chakra.
Bringing that energy cascading down over your scalp,
Down your face and down your shoulders.
Imagining bathing in that unconditional divine love and guidance.
And again with your inhale,
Pulling that energy down from the heavens,
Bringing that energy in through your crown chakra,
Allowing that energy to open up your third eye,
Allowing that third eye to spin open in a bright blue.
And again with your inhale,
Bringing that divine love and light in through your crown chakra,
Through your third eye into your throat chakra.
Allowing your throat chakra to open to the truth of who you are,
Allowing yourself to speak your truth and believing in your own wisdom.
With the next inhale,
Once again drawing in that unconditional love and support and divine guidance,
Allowing it to come down through the crown chakra,
Third eye,
Throat chakra and coming to rest in your heart chakra.
Allowing your heart chakra to open up in a vibrant green or pink,
Allowing that heart chakra to open up to the love for yourself and the love for others.
Radiating that love back to yourself and out to the world.
And now one last time taking a big inhale and again drawing in that unconditional divine love,
Support and guidance,
Allowing it to enter every part of your body,
Allowing it to fill every cell,
Allowing it to strengthen every fiber in your body.
And now bringing your awareness to the combined energies floating in your body now,
The interplay of grounding Mother Earth energy and divine unconditional love and support from the heavens.
And now when you're ready,
Imagine in your mind's eye now standing in an open field.
It's a beautiful warm summer day.
The birds are chirping.
The grass is moving in the breeze.
There's a blue sky above with white wispy clouds,
Butterflies fluttering about.
And as you're standing in this beautiful open field,
You notice a path opening up below your feet.
And as your eyes follow the path,
You notice that it leads to a forest right on the edge of the field.
It looks like a beautiful forest with dark pine trees,
Mossy underground.
It's a forest of fairy tales.
And so you decide to follow the path through the field and you start moving through that path and you enter the forest,
Noticing the dampness and coolness of the air in the forest,
Noticing the smell of the pine trees,
The mossy underground,
Noticing the sounds of the forest,
The wind in the trees,
The distant calls of birds,
The rustling through the ferns of little critters running about.
And you notice that the path continues through the forest.
And as you're walking through this dense forest,
You're feeling incredibly loved and supported.
You can sense the spirits of your ancestors with you guiding you along your path.
Never have you felt more connected.
Never have you felt braver.
And now as you're looking ahead into the forest,
Down the path,
You notice a clearing up ahead.
And with curiosity,
You start moving towards this clearing.
And as you're moving towards it,
You notice the difference in light,
The sunshine that is brightening up the clearing in the middle of the forest,
The shimmering of the sunlight in the air,
The loving energy that it radiates towards you.
And with a soft smile and a brave heart,
You step into the clearing.
And as you stand there,
You take a deep inhale,
Feeling all of the divine love and guidance that's available to you in this moment.
And as you're standing there,
You notice in the distance a figure moving towards you.
This figure can take on any shape.
There is no right or wrong.
It can be an ancestor or an ascended master.
It could be a Native American.
It could be a saint.
It could be an animal.
Or it may present itself simply as energy.
But as you're standing there,
Opening up to this experience,
You notice this figure moving towards you.
And as you're standing there in the clearing,
This figure comes to stop in front of you.
And as you're standing there,
You feel this incredible amount of love radiating towards you from the spiritual being in front of you.
You notice the goosebumps that it's causing throughout your body.
Your heart is softening.
A smile comes across your face.
And you soak in and breathe in this unconditional love and guidance.
Your spirit guide is here to tell you that you are loved beyond all measure,
That you are never alone,
That you are always guided,
That your spirit guide is always there with you,
Guiding you along your path.
And it is welcoming you now to ask for its guidance,
To ask questions,
To ask anything that you might want to have support with.
So taking a moment now to ask you questions and allow whatever answer to come through for you.
And as you're standing there,
You notice now that your spirit guide has a present for you.
And as you reach out your hand and you receive this present,
You again notice this incredible sense of unconditional love.
You feel connected and guided and supported in a way that you don't remember ever feeling before.
But you now have this unshakable faith and this unshakable sense that this is the amount of love and guidance that's available to you at all times.
You thank your spirit guide for the present that it offered to you.
You thank it for its guidance and support.
And as you say your goodbyes for now,
You start to turn and you start heading back towards the forest with your gifts from your spirit guide firmly in your hands.
And as you're walking through the forest again,
Holding your spirit's gift,
You may see it as an object,
You may see it as a light,
You may see it as an energy,
You may feel it as an emotion or a feeling.
And sometimes it is possible not to have any sense at all.
Just simply trust that the gift has been given to you and it will come to you in due time.
And as you're walking through the forest,
You bring your attention back into the forest.
You bring your attention back to the feel of the ground beneath your feet and the sounds of the forest.
And as you continue your walk through your forest,
You notice that the field is starting to appear back in front of you.
And as you take leaf of your forest sanctuary,
You come back into the field.
You notice the warmth of the air and the breeze.
The sounds of the forest are falling behind and the birds of the field are coming back into your attention.
And as you continue walking,
You bring your attention back into your body.
Bring your attention to your feet as you stop in the middle of the field.
Thanking the experience that you just had.
Appreciating the connection that you just formed with your spirit guides.
Bidding goodbye to this beautiful safe sanctuary knowing that it is yours to revisit any time that you choose.
And now when you're ready,
Taking another deep breath in.
Bringing your attention back into the room that you're in.
Wiggling your fingers and toes.
And then when you're ready,
You may open your eyes.
