Most of us have intentions - a vision for ourselves, a goal or a desire for the future. And while it's wonderful to live out life intentionally, it's common that we get anxious for the future, which can take us out of the present moment. The simple art of being right here, right now - leads us to what we really want and deserve. The more present we become, the more aware and intuitive we become, and when are fully present we are instinctively chosing divine actions.

Most of us have intentions,

Be it a vision for ourselves,

A goal or a desire for the future.

And while it's wonderful to live our life intentionally,

The very energy of goals and forward thinking can take us out of the present moment.

And the most important thing for all of us in this lifetime is for us to all learn to be present.

The simple art of being right here,

Right now,

In this present moment.

The more present we become,

The more aware we become,

And the more intuitive we become.

And this leads to divine right action in the present moment.

So presence is actually what creates our ideal future.

Because when we are fully present,

We are instinctively choosing divine right action,

Which leads us to our highest good.

We are all naturally creative.

This is who we are.

We are here to create by using thought over form.

We are here to learn just how powerful we are.

We are worthy and deserving of creating our desires.

Problems arise when we get so attached to a future outcome that our present moment feels lacking and we fall into the vibration of wanting.

Wanting creates only one thing,

More wanting.

Creating something different to what we have now requires that we still appreciate and are content with all that we have now,

Even if we want something different.

That is the paradox.

So let's begin this meditation by finding a comfortable sitting position and taking a few deep and cleansing breaths.

And now visualize roots descending from your feet down,

Down into the ground,

Descending deeper and deeper into the earth.

Feel the gravity.

Feel your connection to the earth ball.

Feel how the earth supports you,

Holds you and loves you.

Feel you inside yourself.

Feel your life essence within you and all around you.

Feel yourself present here now and notice how your breath moves through your body in and out in its own perfect rhythm.

And give gratitude for your breath,

The gift of life,

And your lungs,

Your heart that lovingly pumps blood through your body.

Give thanks to your body that carries you through life and your organs that work without you even thinking about it.

Give thanks for your mind and your consciousness and realize right now that who you are is a miracle.

Wherever you live give thanks for your home.

Give thanks for your bed that comforts and supports you.

And give thanks for all the people who love and care about you.

Don't worry if you can't count many,

There's a saying about that.

Numbers don't matter.

Give gratitude for those who are in your life and there for you.

Ponder all things you have or own that help you in life.

It may be your job,

Your car,

Your computer,

Your phone.

Give thanks that we live in a time in history when more of us than ever have a good standard of living.

Be thankful for the country you live in,

The peace that you have known,

The food on your table,

And the small enjoyments of life.

And now take a few deep breaths in and out.

Feel yourself present here now in your life.

Grateful for all that you have right here and right now.

Appreciate that you already have so much.

And notice how you feel in your body when you feel grateful.

Notice where you feel it.

And now as you sit here in grateful presence,

Bring to mind the things you desire.

You may have a vision for yourself or a goal or certain things you would like to manifest.

Take a minute to visualize your dream,

Your vision,

Your goal or desire.

See yourself living this desired life,

Experiencing your manifestation.

Just let your imagination run wild.

And as you think of this,

Visualize this.

How do you feel?

Allow yourself to feel the feelings.

And now for a little spiritual dose of reality.

Ask yourself,

What are the negatives I'm likely to experience if I manifest this desire?

No matter what we create,

It will always have its positives and its negatives.

Take a minute to contemplate this question.

And now surrender your desire to the universe.

You may want to repeat these words after me.

I surrender to you my vision.

If it is in my highest good,

Thank you for allowing this into my life.

I realize,

Dear universe,

That you know far more than I do what will truly fulfill me.

And so if you have a vision for me that is even better than this,

I am willing to allow this into my life.

Thank you.

I let go and I trust.

And now taking a few more deep breaths and feeling yourself in the now.

Here in this present moment in meditation.

Here you are now.

Take another minute to remind yourself of all that you are grateful for now.

And allow yourself to absorb the following words.

All I have right now is all that I need.

I am so grateful for all that I have right now.

From little things,

Big things grow.

I grow my dreams through gratitude.

I have all the resources within me right here,

Right now,

To manifest all that is in my highest good.

I surrender my dreams and I trust in the universe.

I live my life at the pace of the universe.

I love my future plans and dreams,

But I also love the now.

I choose to live in the now.

The now is the field of infinite possibilities.

Now is all I have.

Feel yourself present in the here and now.

Completely accepting everything just as it is right here,

Right now.

Accepting yourself just as you are right now.

Feeling worthy of the space that you are taking up.

Feeling worthy of the air that you are breathing.

Feeling worthy of your existence.

And worthy of your future dreams.

Taking your rightful place as the being of infinite potential that you really are.

Feeling into your heart now,

Breathing from your heart.

And connecting you with your divine essence.

You are here for a purpose.

Your purpose is to be present.

And from presence all good things will come.

Choose now to feel happy and appreciative of this life.

Appreciative of the challenges,

The mystery,

The adventure and the enjoyment of the creation process.

Choose to enjoy the journey and all you will experience along the way.

And all the unplanned,

Unexpected surprises,

The lessons,

The serendipity,

The magic of miracles and the infinite possibilities that life will present to you.

And realise that it really doesn't matter whether or not you manifest your dream.

Because life will keep giving to you.

And it will give to you in the most divinely right way what is truly in your highest good.

And what will truly make you happy if you simply trust and surrender.

And feeling into your heart again.

Breathing deeply in and out.

With every breath in.

Breathing in the life force energy and every breath out.

Letting go and surrendering.

That's what surrender feels like.

The out breath.

The letting go breath.

When we surrender to the universe we are giving the universe permission to take charge.

Permission to orchestrate.

For it works in ways we know not of.

Immerse yourself right now in this present moment.

Feel its magic.

Feel its spaciousness.

Feel the unmanifest and all the hidden potential that exists in this one present moment.

Laden with possibilities.
