They can be listened to at any time of the day, including going to sleep. Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria is something that affects many people with ADHD,

Where we can find emotional regulation challenging as we navigate life.

As Dieter Von Teese said,

You can be the juiciest peach on the tree and there will still be someone who doesn't like peaches.

We don't have to be liked by everyone,

But this can sometimes be very hard to accept.

Positive affirmations are a powerful strategy to help regulate emotions in a positive way and help us let go of the need to please and be liked by everyone.

Listening daily can help transform our lives for the better.

You can repeat them silently to yourself,

Or out loud,

Or just listen and let them sink in naturally.

Perhaps afterwards you could even write down any affirmations that were most helpful to you and put them somewhere where you can read them every day.

Writing a list of your strengths and qualities and reminding yourself of this daily can also be very helpful.

Let's begin.

I love and accept myself.

I begin my day with a positive attitude.

I am the author of my own life.

What other people think of me is none of my business.

I am grateful.

I choose to feel positive today.

I am safe.

I am loved and supported by life.

I attract positive and loving people into my life.

I am in charge of my future.

I am loving and accepting of myself.

I am fulfilling the life of my dreams.

I let go of unhelpful thinking patterns.

I fill my life with the things I love.

I am abundant.

I am surrounded by loving people who support me.

I easily let go of the need to please everyone.

I let go of assuming what other people may be thinking.

I easily let go of thoughts that are not for my highest good.

I feel loved and accepted for who I am.

If an unhelpful thought arises,

I immediately replace it with a positive one.

I attract kind,

Supportive and helpful people into my life.

I nourish myself with self-care.

I send myself love.

I try my best every day.

I am grateful for me.

I let go of anything that is not for my highest good.

I do things that make me happy every day.

I am surrounded by love and positivity.

I communicate my needs easily and effortlessly.

I am good enough.

I am safe.

I protect my energy and let only love and light in.

I have so many wonderful qualities and strengths.

I treat myself with compassion.

I am exceptional.

There is so much about myself.

There are so many things that I do well.

I know that my thoughts are not facts.

I harness my strengths.

I take positive action.

I am fearless.

There is no one else like me.

I let go of the need to judge and the fear of being judged by others.

I challenge unhelpful thoughts or let them pass over like clouds in the sky.

I am calm.

I respond to challenges with ease.

I let go of the worry of the things I cannot control.

I acknowledge and accept my emotions.

Managing my emotions comes easily.

I let go of things that no longer serve me.

I deserve peace and happiness.

I choose to see all situations in the light.

I am happy.

I am complete.

I have everything I need within me.

I am successful.

What is meant for me will not pass me by.

I am loved.

I am moving in a direction that serves my highest and greatest good.

I trust the flow of life.

I flow with life easily and effortlessly.

I treat myself with loving kindness.

I cherish myself and all my wonderful ways.

I treat those around me with kindness and compassion.
