Hello and welcome.
I'm Nicola Penson from Nicola's Rainbow Rooms.
Let's begin our meditation.
Please sit comfortably and close your eyes.
Take a few long deep breaths,
Allowing your body to settle into wherever you're sitting.
Maybe take a deep breath in and have a big sigh and let go.
Let go of anything that doesn't concern you,
Anything you can come back to later.
You're exactly where you need to be.
And now just allow your breathing to become normal.
Don't try to control it in any way.
Just be aware of the breath,
Not forcing or concentrating,
Simply observing it as it naturally flows in and out.
And now bring your awareness to your heart and be aware of your breath here.
And we'll silently ask ourselves the four soul questions.
So as I ask the question,
Just silently repeat it to yourself and just allow anything to come up,
Any answers,
Without judgment or evaluation.
You may experience thoughts,
Feelings,
Images or sensations,
Or nothing at all.
And whatever happens is absolutely fine.
Simply ask the question,
Rest in being.
Who am I?
Who am I?
Just allow any thoughts,
Feelings,
Sensations to come and go without judgment.
Who am I?
What do I want?
What do I truly want?
Just simply ask the question and pay attention.
Anything you'd like to see fulfilled in your life.
What do I want?
What do I want?
What is my purpose?
My Dharma?
What is my purpose?
And what am I grateful for?
What am I truly grateful for?
And now just let go of those questions and answers and bring your attention to your solar plexus,
Just above your navel,
Your belly button,
Your solar plexus,
Your third chakra,
The energy chakra or Manipura,
Which means lustrous gem.
And you can place one hand here if you wish.
It's your source of personal power and self-esteem,
Your warrior energy and the power of transformation.
And when your third chakra is open and flowing,
You feel self-confident,
Have a strong sense of purpose and are self-empowered and motivated.
The element is fire and the color is yellow like the sun.
And we can harness the power of Manipura for confidence,
Determination and energy to achieve our goals.
Imagine energy flowing effortlessly to this area.
If you like,
You can visualize a wheel of swirling yellow at your solar plexus and you can allow this to radiate through your whole body.
The mantra sound for the third chakra is Ram.
So let's chant this sound together three times to help open and align the chakra.
Ram.
Ram.
Ram.
Now begin the repetition of your primordial sound mantra,
The unique vibration of your soul.
And if you don't have a primordial sound mantra,
If you like,
You can repeat the mantra So Hum.
So on the inhale,
Hum on the exhale if that's comfortable.
So Hum.
I'll watch the time and I'll let you know when to stop repeating your mantra by ringing the chime.
When I do this,
Just keep your eyes closed and I'll give you further instruction.
And we will now meditate in silence.

Silently repeat them and release them into being.

Reflective,
Alert,
Confident mind.

Lightness of being.

Now take a few deeper breaths.
Move and stretch gently.
Please bring your palms together in front of your heart centre,
Bowing with gratitude to your soul.
And when you're ready,
Please open your eyes gracefully.
